“My laptop just recently fell off a table while I was at work and I am in grad school so I was stressing heavy.! I called Staples where I got the laptop and they said my insurance expired and that they could not fix my computer and to buy a new one. Called up CNA computers and my laptop was fixed within a day for $200 bucks. Hey! I'll take $200 dollars over spending $1000 on a new laptop any day. I'm so thankful! ... definitely recommend!!”

“I had a great experience at the Apple Store today. It feels really good when you come to a place and they give great customer service. Joseph was the technician that helped me today and he was awesome. I was having issues with my sound and some software issues. He was really patient with me because I don’t know some basic things about the iPhone but he didn’t make me feel bad at all. After he fixed my phone he explained exactly why I was having issues so now I know in case it happens again. I really appreciate the customer here.”
