“I recently visited Labcorp at Walgreens in Glenolden, PA, and overall, it was a positive experience. I did encounter a bit of a wait for walk-in patients, but given it was a Monday holiday, it wasn’t too bad. The staff were incredibly sweet and empathetic, making the process more pleasant. They provided clear directions throughout the visit, which I appreciated.
The blood draw itself was surprisingly painless, a testament to the skill of the technicians. I also liked the screen that displays the next patient without sharing too much personal information—though it wasn't completely accurate, it was still helpful.
One note for future visitors: it's important to double-check that your blood vials and urine samples have the correct identification stickers, as Labcorp employees are often overworked and underpaid, so mistakes can happen. Overall, I would recommend this location for its friendly service and efficient care!”
“I have used Quest at its Mt Airy location on three occasions. i have found setting an appointment one of easiest medical procedures to arrange of any I have sought. The facility was convenient and clean, the staff was courteous, accommodating competent and professional at all but the most recent appointment: personal gossip among the staff who were also physically present during my most recent procedure was invasive and uncomfortable. Future visits will determine if this was an unusual experience or an evolving practice. It will not deter me from using or recommending the facility, but I will relate the experience as a cautionary note.”

“Good evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Lab Corp. I went to the main office building first. I used to patronize this place years ago when I was an insurance agent for AFLAC. I was told by a nice lady employee that the Lab Corp was in the next building over. I was in the right area, just the wrong parking area. I rode over there and I checked in. It seemed like there were people that were there after me, getting waited on before me. I was thinking maybe they had an appointment. Finally they called my name. The lady checked me in and asked was I fasting and I said no. My doctor did not call for that. Then it was time for me to get my blood test. The young lady phlebotomist called my name, she was ready for me. The test is quick. My left arm was used and the needle went in, which I hate and then it was over. The young lady told me that I was free to leave. HOORAY!!!! I was so happy!!! I hate going to these places. However I had a great experience and I would come back again and recommend others to come here. Have a great evening Google familly and don't forget to work out, be fit and Fabulous!!!!!”
“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”
“I am always so impressed with the Quest on Baltimore Pike. I’m make an appointment online, so my wait time is always negligible. The phlebotomists are amicable and know their stuff. I enjoy the chats I have with them and almost never feel any discomfort!”

“I had a really nice experience here. I had driven to the lab and there was a long wait so I drove back to the Walgreens near my house and was seen pretty quickly. Within 10-15 mins maybe. My son also went a month ago for his bloodwork and he was also seen incredibly fast. The nurse on staff was really kind. I told her I was nervous because I hate bloodwork and she spoke to me the whole time to distract me. I really appreciated that. She was very good at drawing blood. It was fast and painless. The lab in Walgreens wasn’t much different than labcorp in my opinion. And because it was in Walgreens, I was able to buy a snack after having my blood drawn. I would recommend this to others for sure.”
“I was seen very quickly upon arriving, and the staff was very friendly, especially for a Monday morning! My bloodwork was incredibly smooth, and probably the most gentle needle prick I have had in a very long time. Overall I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!”

“BCL is hands down the quickest and best local lab, instead of waiting an hr+ to have your blood drawn you'll literally be at BCL for 10 mins even if you've never been there before... Vannida & Jaime are amazing receptionists.. the specimens all get tested and resulted super quick and the people at BCL will meet your needs and expectations”
“The nurse who did my testing was absolutely wonderful. Her instructions were clear, she was friendly, and when she took my blood I didn't even feel the needle. I made an appointment ahead of time, and after checking in was in the back within 15 minutes.”

“Pleasant experience. The waiting area was a bit crowded and the check in machine was down so you had to sign in via clipboard but hey you can’t control how many people show and and tech acts up sometime. Although I was told that happened before. There was one gentleman having a bit of a time because he had a 8:45 appointment and hadn’t been seen yet. My appointment was at 9 and I was seen just before him. He ended up having to say something. But as for me everyone that worked there was nice, answered my questions and were professional.”

She gave me all the supplies I needed if I thought I could tackle myself!!!! The Lab cor p I went to on Thursday for appt scheduled - I waited 30 minutes before someone informed me their computers were down!!! waiting for 15 more minutes while gal tried to get an estimated time when they would be working! Finally left and came to this facility! no appt and place was filled but only waited for twenty minutes!! Thank you for doing a good job!!!”
“I have to say that the phlebotomist here is probably the best I have dealt with. Don't know her name but I was there at a very busy time and she wasn't stressed at all. I have had other experiences with another phlebotomist there that wasn't so great.So I appreciate that she took her time because my veins don't always cooperate.”
