“I always choose the Pipersville Post Office whenever I need to mail or drop something off, and every visit is a great experience. The office is consistently clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Becky at the front desk is exceptional — she is always kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful. Her warm and welcoming attitude makes such a difference, and you can truly tell she enjoys helping people.
What stands out most is the wonderful sense of community here. It feels like a close-knit local post office where people know one another and genuinely care. Excellent customer service like Becky’s is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend this location!”

“There is a new postmaster here and after living here for many years now I finally have hope. The cranky and rude former Postmaster here finally retired and they brought in someone who is from Brooklyn and he is kind and courteous and trying to really bring this post office around and I hear now its better than some surrounding small post offices. Now they have two pickups that take our mail(I live in the Tinicum section of Ottsville) to Philly distribution center which now also is better than many small surrounding post offices and he is trying to update and bring in more services like full passport service because he empathizes that we should not need to drive far to get these services.
Also I see our mail delivery is much better and daily again and even earlier many days! I am very hopeful and grateful!

“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
“My family and I went for our passports. We did not have any wait time and the woman that does passports was was very friendly. In addition to being super friendly, she was helpfull.
I thought this would be a hassle like the DMV but she made the experience fantastic.”

“Best experience I ever had!!! I need a first time passport for my baby the process was so smooth and fast in 15min It was done also the young man at the office was so helpful he responded all my questions and the greatest thing It was a walking visit. I highly recommend this place I’ll be back for my teenager passport renewal next weekend too hopefully I had the same experience.”
