“What an amazing experience! They made taking care of a difficult situation so easy. I have to visit three banks for the same issue. Dealing with Phoenixville Federal had me thinking other banks were going to be this professional & knowledgeable. Sadly, another bank wouldn’t even talk to me even though I have all the required legal documentation. I will be closing the other accounts & putting the funds in Phoenixville Federal!! I highly recommend this bank.”

However the lack of support for her from her higher ups in being able to complete transaction in a timely manner was awful and not fair. As we waited almost an hour for transaction to be completed m, while lines were growing in lobby, shoukd not happen. All because they don't have enough help. But Sandy completed our task. Thank you.”

“Alvin and Iginna were great and fast! Had an issue with my business debit I was in there less than five minutes to reset pin! I went to a south street philly location and they sent me all over and saying I needed an appointment. But Alvin and Iginna took care of it right away. No appointments! I will drive 45 mins again to this bank if needed. Love their service.”

“I mean it's a bank lol.. it's well kept. The people are nice here, always willing to help. I've never had to wait incredibly long to be helped but when it does take a bit I end up sitting in the airing area which has comfortable chairs and a Keurig Incase I need an energy boost. There is plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center. The Drive-In ATM is never busy if you're just looking to deposit or withdraw money without getting out your car head through there (especially for those who have difficulties getting in and out of cars or those with children in car seats). I'm gonna keep coming here as long as I work in the area, no real big complaint because like I said .. it's a bank lol”
