“I don't understand some of these reviews. I've never had a problem with this bank. They are very Courteous , respectful and engaging. This is probably the only bank that I've ever dealt with where they actually make you feel like you are genuinely important ! ! And to be honest I've had this feeling in every one of the local branches in the Harrisburg area love them!! Best bank ever!”

“Incase the employees that were helping the kittens wanted to know. The kittens were cleaned,kept warm and well fed for that night and are now at Chambersburg animal shelter. We gave them the names sweet pea and Jack-jack. They will be looking for a forever home still if anyone is interested. Picture is sweet pea.”
“Have always had great experiences with all staff at this branch. If they are busy, a manager has come out to take care of me multiple times, transactions are quick and easy, and communication about your accounts is top notch.”
“Alicia, who is the Branch Manager at this location is fantastic. I applied for a CC and had some issues with identification verification. Alicia was extremely thorough and advocated for me which is greatly appreciated. It took a few phone calls with Chase but we were able to solve it and now I'm glad to say I'm in the Chase family.”

The staff took the time to understand my needs and gave me tailored solutions. Whether it was opening an account or sorting out my questions, they went above and beyond. They even took the time to explain all the different banking services in a way that made sense to me.All in all, my visit to the Santander branch was top-notch. “I am 65 yrs old and a business owner in New Cumberland. Integrity is the best bank I have ever been a member of. I have only dealt with the New Cumberland branch on a personal level. All of the emplyees are very friendly, everyone is on a first name basis and they are always in a good mood and so easy to talk with. My debit card was recently 'compromised', modern term for some fool stole my card info, and numerous charges were on my account. These folks were so helpful and took so much time tracking down all info regarding this misadventure. All my funds were returned to me which I know is standard procedure but they were informative and pleasant. Today I reviewed my account online and saw the big computer in the sky was charging me for a new debit card. I emailed the corporate office rather than bother my friends at the branch. Within 2 hours the corporate office returned my email with an apology and refund. Cookies and wonderful fresh coffee always there for your pleasure. ENJOY”

“I can't thank Tyler enough! He helped me so much with removing my teenager from a checking account to a savings! Tyler did it in no time flat and with ease. Made my job 1000% easier! My teen thought it was ok to keep overdrafting his checking and making it go on my credit score. Tyler stopped that but yet still let my teen have a bank account.

“Updating to a 4 star from a 1 star: Had to go back today (1 week after original visit with review) and the 2 gentleman that helped me were extremely pleasant and even conversational. They were quick to assist everyone in line and seemed to be helping each other out. Helped me quick and efficiently. They went above and beyond by offering to fix another issue that they had noticed with my account. The lady that helped me on my original visit is the only one that seems to have an attitude problem at this location so I'll give higher stars.

The people that were out front when I first walked in were so sweet but whoever helped me was the complete opposite. Sorry that she was clearly having a bad day but the judgemental attitude, shaking of the head, tone of voice, and eye- rolling was uncalled for. I had just had a baby and walked out of this location in tears.”

“I have been with them cause they’re close by takes me about 10 minutes to get there by foot so it’s convenient! Some people there are friendly some are not so nice,but it’s not too bad,A lady did something that was very nice she saved a tv for me that I won months ago and I didn’t get the msg for some reason,but when I decided to go there after a long while she told me to stay put for a min and surprised me with the tv! I was touched ! That was so nice of her what a sweet person! God bless her not many nice people left in this world so it’s nice to see.”
