“The place is always neat. It has almost everything you need. In the home section there are always new things. ALMOST ALL THE WORKERS THERE ARE KIND AND FRIENDLY. ESPECIALLY A GIRL WITH INTENSE GREEN EYES AND ANOTHER GIRL WITH SHORT RED HAIR, that's what I like about a place. that it is clean and that its workers are friendly. ALDI IS THAT ?”
“As far as Aldi stores go, this one is pretty good. They always have a variety of produce, it isn't always in the best condition, the organic celery is never up to par for example, it's typically bruised and brownish. Sometimes the mixed greens lettuce has old pieces in it. It's not bad enough to prevent me from shopping produce there, it's just something that I look out for. They have all the other typical aldi stuff, the specialty cheeses are great. They also have tons of different types of dips and salsas. The meat section is pretty good, but make sure you put your meat in one of the plastic bags they have nearby, because the racks that the refrigerated meat products are stored on is absolutely nasty. In the freezer section there's a huge freezer across the floor with specialty freezer items. This is PA, so there's unfortunately no alcohol section here, for those coming from out of state. But I don't hold that against Aldi.”

“Foodland is everything what a grocery store should be and by far an improved shopping experience over Walmart. Reasonable parking for a reasonable sized neighborhood grocery store. Nothing overwhelming. Inside was well stocked, neat, clean and well organized. My interactions with staff was minimal however the woman in the meat department was friendly, enthusiastic and informative, as were the front end staff who were also friendly and cheerful.

“The majority of the employees are friendly for the most part, considering how busy they are. There is one young guy that works there puts a damper on things. He isn't very friendly and I have had him not answer me when I've spoken to him. Very disrespectful.”
“Most of the staff were friendly more so the morning shift from what I experienced. The men in the meat department, one in particular, I did not get his name. He was very helpful and gave me what I needed for an Uber order even going in the back to pack what I need himself. The store was cleaned and well stocked. I would shop here again for my orders.”

“Ordered a cake for my daughter's 17th birthday (only a week in advance I might add) and Tammy in the bakery exceeded my expectations! She nailed this cake perfectly and my daughter was over the moon happy about it. Not only was it gorgeous (as you can see below) but it was absolutely DELICIOUS. I have ordered many many cakes over the years from a lot of different places but this was probably my favorite to date. I highly recommend going to see Tammy. The price was absolutely amazing as well....did I mention this is the first cake EVER in my life that was finished. Didn't throw a crumb away.”
“I have never went to a giant eagle that had such fine quality meats as the West Newton giant eagle not only are the meats the best meats out of all the giant eagle but the employees that work in the meat department are simply outstanding, helpful, and care about the stuff they are putting out for people to buy They are definitely in that meat department, the A-Team.Eddie and Greg are simply the best meat men ever!!!”
“I was brought a birthday cake from your bakery yesterday. It was a 2 layer vanilla cake with lemon filling, whipped cream icing and covered in coconut. It was one of the best cakes I have eaten in my life, and I have eaten alot of cakes. Delicious! Please, give that baker my compliments.”

“They have a great selection of drinks, candy, and chips. They also sell some house hold items (tp, pet food, tylenol, tampons etc.) The employees are always so nice and friendly!! ❤ They now accept food stamps which is great! It makes it so much easier considering it's the only convenience store in Dravosburg! Now rating 5 stars!! ? ? ? ? ?”

“I used to order special bagels that only one employee made, but she's no longer there and sad to say no one makes them like she did.... Cakes are good... Get them every year, with whipped icing... All were great except last year it looked like a 3 yr old decorated it... That would of been ok if I bought it on the spot but I ordered it weeks ahead....”

“Every time I come to this dollar general I'm in heaven lol because there's so much more stuff to look at and buy than the other dollar general's in the area it seems like it is the biggest and the staff members seem to know how to order things so that it seems like they don't ever run out of something and 9 time's out of 10 if something isn't on the shelf then sometimes they have extra items in the back I also like this store better because everyone that works there seems so friendly and is always willing to help out a customer without any attitude or sly remarks under there breath and they don't have a mean mug on there faces lol like the other dollar general's around here”
“Friday I went in to this Giant Eagle, the store was clean and stocked. The manager on duty was Tom and he was busy stocking. Went and got the worker for the deli who didn't take long at all. Name was Sam. He kindly told me he was busy doing things in the back needed to wash his hands and he be right with me. He came back, apologized if I was standing there long, said no. He kindly asked if I wanted chipped or slice. Each thing I ordered he asked if this slice or whatever was okay etc. The customer service went unmatched. I give him a 10. Outstanding customer service. Even noticed the double bagged lunch meat on two because the first one didn't zip. I appreciate that more than you know. Thank you for the great customer service at the check out line too. The young lady with the pretty red braids. Will be back.”

“If you’re biking the great Allegheny bike trail it worth going off it and over the Sutersville bridge, the donuts are made to order, fresh hot and delicious! If you are a diabetic don’t pass this place up , the owners are also very social.”
