“I had a locked rear caliper on my 10 yo Jeep. Called to make an appointment and a friendly staff member worked with me to find the best time for both of us. This has been my experience every time at this store for many years now. This is most likely why they always exceed their ETA of when the work will be completed. I am confident they would call me if anything other than what was agreed on changed. Never happened to me. This time was no different. I dropped the Jeep off the night before. They called me after inspecting what I described to explain and offer options. (They found other issues and I agreed they needed to be fixed.). Understanding unpredictable possibilities with parts delivery, I wasn't expecting the Jeep to be ready until at least the next day. I was very pleased when they called at 4pm the same day. I very rarely post reviews. This place deserves a pat on the back. Great job as always. Thank you.”
“Nakai, thank you for being the only man within 50 miles who was both qualified and willing to swap out some customer supplied tires on a Tesla. Apparently the Mavis in Washington NJ can't do what you just did. Thank you. Your character and integrity will not be forgotten anytime soon.”

“Wonderful experience and great to work with. Had an issue with our new vehicle as we were arriving at GWL. We had a two night stay and they took our vehicle right away and not only fixed it before 24 hours but also drove to a dealership to get the parts needed. “I wish I could give 10 stars! They really saved our Christmas… what started off as a fun and exciting drive to NYC for the holidays turned into a disaster early morning Christmas Eve. Our truck became non-drivable going up into the Pocono mountains . We were desperate and scared… we pulled of the first exit we could and low and behold was “ best auto service “ with such warming and welcoming staff. They were able to ease our pains and got us back on the road in no time. The staff made sure we were staff to continue our journey. Gave us a warm place to wait, while they fixed our truck. They were so considerate of us… you really don’t get that service too often now a days. Thank you so so so much…”
