There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them!The manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.”
“I was very nervous and skeptical coming to this UPS due to the review and the stories of Aubree but I wanted to take time and share that I had a very good experience. I even had mistake not having the entire application filled out and Aubree was VERY patient with me and explain everything to me. Everything worked out and I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes even with me not having everything ready. Thank you Aubree for being kind and explaining things to me.”

“I've been to many different post office locations, and this Kenhorst location is by far the best. There are rarely long lines, and when there are the staff efficiently and quickly takes care of it. Above all, they are the nicest and most competent Postal workers I have ever seen! Just recently I needed to provide a tracking # for a return, and I threw away the receipt weeks prior. I was able to walk-in and provide the date of the purchase, and they found the receipt and tracking number within minutes, saving me a headache. Well done, keep up the great work!”
“Love this post office! Nicely re-surfaced parking and lots of it, friendly and knowledgeable service workers guiding me how to spend less on package deliveries, etc. One just told me that they just got a super new mail sorter machine which will enable them to handle mail sorting for several towns in a truly efficient manner. She said it will minimize delays and losses. And now, you can rate the service you received on the spot before you leave! I have mine a big ?! Also, you can use the self-service station if you don’t want to wait in line. You can also get passport services here, and that’s not true at all post offices. I took family members for theirs and had no issues. Another ☺️!”

“Ive never had any issues with this post office besides the parking lot being a little inconvenient due to limited spots and near a busy intersection. The customer service is great though. They even honored a mistake they made and sent a hand written note in the mail to me apologizing and fixed the error.”
“Had a package underlivered the night before. Went here first thing in the morning to check if it was still there. Guys at the front were super nice and understanding and were able to locate the package still in the facility and I was able to pick it up no problem. Even on a sleet-filled morning they were bright and cheerful and helpful. So thankful!”

“Not from the area- stppoed in ready to use a self serve kiosk BUT there isn't one. Its is a small office but the customer service was kind and efficient. The lady who helped me made my day. It's important to stop rushing and thinking all day and just laugh once in a while”
