There are times where I’ve made mistakes with my mail but he was there to help and guide me through the process and shipping my packages has never been easier. People really need to lighten up and take jokes. The job is probably tough.”

“I’ve always had such a great experience at this USPS location! The staff is genuinely so kind, friendly, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and assist you without making you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. It makes such a difference when you’re greeted with patience and respect, especially when the post office is busy.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and the customer service is always appreciated. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a post office with friendly and welcoming staff!”

“I stopped in this post office the week of Christmas to see if I could gather any information about my package that had supposedly traveled through this location the day prior. Heather helped me at the counter, and she was very kind in checking their system and giving me more information about my package’s travels and whereabouts. She also gave me a very clear explanation of why it got rerouted, instead of being delivered.

I also received a phone call from her the following day to let me know that my package should be arriving at my local post office a couple towns over, on Christmas Eve. That follow-up phone call was very much appreciated. This package was very special to me, and the item inside was not replaceable.

I was very thankful to receive such kind and helpful service in this post office. The USPS should be thankful to have an employee like Heather behind their counter.”

“I never have any issues with my mail delivery, but before Christmas I had a package for my grandson take a rather unexpected route. It was supposed to be delivered on December 15th. I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to receive it, and I was bummed because it was an item that took me countless hours to find and it was not replaceable. On the night of December 22, I sent a message through the usps website inquiring about it. The following morning I received a voicemail from John at this post office. (I hope I spelled it right, as this name was taken from my voicemail text) He informed me that my package should arrive at this location the next day (Christmas Eve), and if it does, he would let me know. Christmas Eve morning I received an email with an apology for the issue from Khadidrah at this location. She said that my package arrived at the facility that morning and would be delivered that same day. I am pleased to say that my package was delivered safely to my home on Christmas Eve, just as stated. I was very impressed by the customer service that I received by the USPS this busy holiday season, and it was appreciated that they just received it that morning, and managed to get it delivered the same day. This routing error was of no fault to this particular location, as it occurred in another area of the US. I want to say a big thank you to all who helped locate and get this package to me on Christmas Eve.”

“Our mail carrier, Sandra, is beyond phenomenal. She has delivered all of my packages quickly & safely & always makes sure they are delivered timely. Furthermore, Sandra is professional & friendly, something that is valued in the neighborhood. Seeing her is a delight & knowing someone is constantly working to serve & properly ensure our mailed is being delivered gives me peace of mind. The day she retires will be a sad day, and I would almost want to move out of the neighborhood because she will be a tough act to follow.”
