I always have a great experience with Citadel my Confidence doing my financial goals with them is great. I like that I have a face to speak to and not a computer. I could have called, but I love a personal chat. Needed a car payoff. The great Happy man at the service desk went in back and in 3min gave me the payoff, the people inside of the branch in Thorndale are always super nice and helpful. Love real people, ( not AI) keep people in banking.

I have done most of my banking through Citadel FCU since my senior year of high school back in 1995 and have been a member ever since! Citadel has always done right by me. Continued life long member.
