I read such terrible reviews about this location that I hesitated to come to Citadel but due to my circumstances I had no choice. I had to close my deceased sister's account and open same in my name. Sam Sainto was wonderful and took care of everything for me while I sat there. It was a process but went very smoothly.

I've been dealing with Citadel for years, and they provide some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I even moved my business accounts over, and they made the process incredibly easy!
