“I always have a great experience with Citadel my Confidence doing my financial goals with them is great. I like that I have a face to speak to and not a computer. I'm a person to person kind of person so the Citadel in South Coatesville is people friendly. I don't want to change anything it a great human to human place.”

“I would like to say we had a great experience with Joel. I want to thank him for the help he gave us. He was so patient and kind. People will many times put in a review about the wrong that a person does, but doesn't come back to tell about a great experience they had with a person. Thank you Joel for your professional, helpful and especially knowing your job thoroughly.”

“So being from Pittsburgh, PNC Bank has always been my bank. Then I moved to this location, everyone there is always so welcoming and Mary and Angela always greet me when I walk through the door! My transactions are always easy and I'm please with their services. I don't plan on changing banks ever ! Pittsburgh Represent!👍”
