He was so mean to them. Didn’t even have an account there. Continued to interrupt other customers trying to make transactions. “I used to work for a large corporate bank. I choose to bank at a smaller local bank. I have communicated with the President of FNCB on three occasions. All three times he help resolve an issue I had. Tell me a large bank president that will call you at home to ask how he can help? Personal service and results is what one wants when your money is involved. I get both at FNCB. If you are frustrated with the lack of personal service at your large bank, like I was, switch to FNCB. You will not have sleepless nights worrying if your big bank is going to help you. You will be treated as a valued custom by knowledgeable and friendly professions.”

She made sure she had everything set up before we left, including the app on her phone so she could check her bank account. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone. Everyone at this location was friendly and attentive, but most importantly, I dealt with Carolyn Sabia who made the entire visit enjoyable and entertaining. While always professional throughout my transaction, she was also so personable and such a delight that I left feeling great about both a successful transaction and an enjoyable visit.
