“Observed customer service in 47 states over 32 years. The level presented here by manager Eicher (first name might be Jordan) was of the higher caliber seen yet. Walmart Target Home Depot and Lowe’s have a similar business acumen. Rural King and Menards may come close. But this guy puts the whole industry on the map for 5 stars and beyond. They have everything from s George Strait Wrangler or Ariat shirt 50% off reduced price to $16- to the top notch Oregon chain x2 at half the price of Stihl brands. A must stop if going from east coast (DC/VA/MD) to northern central US OH/IL/MN) and beyond. Stop over the hill for the hidden gem Ruses Roost fried old bay wings or pizza!”
