“I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.”

“This small convenience store is atypical Philadelphia Poppy store. The prices are very reasonable and they have a vast selection of everyday kitchen and food items. They have a Grill and deep fryer which pump out excellent food. The portions are not large but the prices are extremely low. A 12in Cheesesteak is $4. The owner is very friendly and courteous. There are four or five stores just like this one in the immediate area and this one exceeds my standards. I prefer to give this store all of my business.”
“Best Party hall and grocery store owners everAt first, I visited Dana Mandi when it was in downtown at chestnut street. I had mouth watering Paronthe Makhan naal with a big glass of tea then.After 5 years from that time, I recently tried finding this place out again and learned it got shifted to upper darby. I was traveling back to Newyork from DC with my parents and told them i will get you best quality punjabi tea from this place. To my surprise when I reached there, Sardar ji (the owner) told me that due to huge loss of property due to floods and almost no recurring customer base he had to shut down the food corner :(. I felt sad for their situation and politely asked them for an alternative place near by.He said wait, you are my guests now I will get you all some fresh tea from our kitchen downstairs.We sat in their party hall (which was under construction then and almost done) and he served us delicious tea as his vip guests and not the customers. Later, I also bought groceries for my house since we were heading back after the weekend trip.We felt so much warmth with the respect we received from the gentleman who had such bad time in previous years due to personal and professional setbacks as he mentioned during the conversation we hadI humbly request every one to give them a chance to revive and flourish as another local business in your area.God bless him and his family with health and wealth. “I was born in San Antonio and this place is the most legit Authentic Mexican Restaurant in the philadelphia area. The food is excellent. They have a wide selection of interesting sodas from Mexico and Central America (made with real sugar not corn syrup). The restaurant is tucked away in the back. The grocery itself has excellent Mexican Pastry/ Cookies. They have great tortillas, and wide selection of authentic mexican/ central american ingredients. The staff is very friendly. Just a heads up it is cash only but it is reasonably priced. I have been looking for a REAL mexican restaurant for a long time. It is nice not to have to go out to Kennett Square to get some Legit Mexican food in PA.”
