“My first time at Joann and let me say the employees there are SO NICE and fantastic ♥️ I went searching for more yarn I had so much in my cart and the employees on the floor/stocking were very helpful and then at checkout they were having trouble with debit card payments but that didn’t stop them from helping each customer and putting a smile on my face. they held all my yarn for me so I could go get cash and then helped me make an account so I could get coupons. Will be returning!”

“Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.”

“Sandy Nagy greeted us when we entered the store. She pointed us in the direction we needed to be in and gave us alone time to look over the furniture. After deciding what we wanted, she took care of us and showed us every courtesy. I would gladly refer family and friends to her. She is knowledgeable and very helpful, without being "pushy", like some sales people. Great experience!!”

“Lovey antique shop right outside of pittsburgh. WOW, was I impressed. Not only were the associates beyond helpful, they are quick to act. I found two items without prices and immediately the associate contacted the vendor. I was able to leave with both items that day for an awesome price. If you thrift, the average place will not sell you anything without a price tag. Not only will this store follow-up with its vendors, but they knew each one of them by name. That was so meaningful. As a vendor, you are generally overlooked and just a “number” for the business. My experience here really embraced the family feel and I am so happy I stopped. This will be a go to for me for years to come. 10/10!”

She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, through the entire process, and made my return and exchange absolutely painless. She took a situation one would expect to be difficult and turned it into a wonderful customer experience with her expertise, excellent solutions, kindness, and understanding.
