I wanted to thank the maintenance for all the hard work they done so far, especially with clearing the sidewalks during the recent snowstorms, also i want to applaud Deshawn and Chris for their work in ensuring that my door lock got fixed as i got locked out unintentionally. “I've lived here for 6 years and can honestly say I will miss this apartment building. Ashley and Lori at the leasing/management office are so kind and helpful, and Sadat is so friendly and great with maintenance requests. You stop noticing the train after living here for a while, and the building is so centrally located in Hatboro that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Pet owners are all friendly with each other, and we've loved our neighbors. The long wait list to get into an apartment here was so worth it!”

“I've lived here for almost two years and it's a very nice place to live with plenty of amenities, including atypical ones like additional parking garage storage cages, a pet spa, and clean, well-decorated common spaces if you just need to sit while waiting for something. Valet trash is a great service, but non-optional, so if you're unable to get your trash out on time due to your schedule/work hours, you're essentially paying for a service you can't use—the complex also features Luxor lockers which are an amazing resource when everything works, but sometimes tracking down your package is a total nightmare if it's not at your actual building, but that's a delivery issue, not really the complex's fault.
Property Management is VERY friendly and were able to help me with some unique complications, and the maintenance crew are stupid fast—I've only had to put in a repair ticket once, but they fixed it within hours of me submitting a request.
Overall, it's way more good than bad, in a great location with tons of restaurants, and is kept clean. Tenants mostly keep to themselves, but are usually pretty friendly when you run into them. If you're interested in living here, take a tour and see for yourself!”

“I've lived at Colonial Point for nearly 8 years now, and it's been great! The staff and management here are very considerate, caring and helpful. The complex is nice and has always been clean, quiet and affordable.
I feel lucky to have found this place back in 2017, because even after all this time, the place still suits me, and I don't see that changing anytime soon, particularly if rent continues remaining low.
If you're looking for a new place to live, and have come across this complex in your travels, my advice is to go for this place! You won't regret it, and you'll probably end up with a few friends a long the way. I did, and it was never my intention.

“I've been living in this little slice of Heaven for over 36 years. Needless to say, if I've stayed here this long the Management must be doing something right!
If there are any problems, there are very few, the maintenance team responds quickly to take care of the issue.
The complex grounds are beautiful and we are surrounded by a beautiful park, tennis courts, track, baseball and soccer fields.
If you want a place to live that's safe, well maintained, and beautiful Elkins Park Gardens is the place you want to be!”

“The location is good as far as proximity to the turnpike, 95 and center city. I always thought maintenance did a good job. Office staff was good. I never had a bug issue but when it gets cold out I would get a few mice. Most I trapped was two one year and that was it. The walls are thick and I never had a noise complaint. You can't hear the people bordering your apartment which is nice.The new ownership dropped the ball when they got rid of 24 hour doormen. Mail room was broken into as well as the vending machines. My real complaint was the washers and dryers. They SUCK!!”

“This is a nice complex. Packages in the area are getting stolen by homeless population that reside in woods adjacent to Dunksferry Rd. They also steal and break into cars at another complex in the area. The local authorities are at fault for allowing these encampments to exist.”
“Tbh, I love Brookmont apartments. My son and I have been here for 4 years and never any issues. The maintenance men are awesome. I love love love Lisa. And I do like RoseMarie! She’s new but has great energy and she helped me get my reserved parking spot lol I never had any major issues here!”
