I know it takes a lot of patience and care to handle someone with a needle phobia; and am ever so grateful Brenda was the blessing we needed! Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! “I was a walk in this morning. I had a very short wait. Front desk was friendly. I have very tiny veins and it is usually a struggle to get enough blood into the tube with a butterfly needle. Kris was amazing, she picked a vein that no one in the past ever considered. This was seemless and the best experience I ever had getting my blood drawn and i am 48 years old. Thank you Kris!!!”

“I went to the 1244 Fort Washington Ave location, I was greeted nicely by Serena. She told me where the kiosk was and I easily checked in successfully. Then, Marie was amazing taking my labs. She was professional, nice, gentle, thorough, accommodating and even though I am a challenge, she was successful on the first try to get my vein. She made me feel really comfortable bc she was giving me positive calming phrases along the way. Thank you for the above and beyond great customer service!!!”

“Went on a Saturday at 9:45/10amNittia is the best! I've been following her to different locations for years and she knows what she is doing and good at it. It probably took 5 minutes total from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. I have scaring, tini veins that roll and am normally not drinking enough water so many people can't get my blood. They end up fishing around in my arm, poking multiple times and having someone else try. I NEVER have that issue with her!! One and done.So the building itself has lots of parking, very clean and seems somewhat new or redone. LabCorp in general has always been my lab of choice. The check in process was very fast and easy, especially if you have been to a LabCorp before. I just had to put my id on a slot for a computer to take a photo and then turn it upside down. Then I had to answer two questions and that was it. They also have nice size chairs so as a woman with bigger legs it's nice that I have some room and the arm rest isn't so digging into my legs. (If you know, you know ?)I suggest LabCorp for all your testing needs!After reading some of the past reviews on this location I'm honestly shocked! I'd say that you need to ask your doctors the questions not the people taking your blood. Also make sure you have the right paperwork electronically sent and to have a paper backup because sometimes the electronic ones can get messed up (not their fault) They deal with the public, all kinds of people and issues with doctors paperwork I'd also be frustrated! I've never had a bad experience!!”
