I looked online to see who offered this free service and AutoZone was the first one to come up. They were not only very friendly but also very helpful in doing a free quick diagnostic test with a printout and several suggestions for what I might want to do next for my car. Thank you AutoZone!”
“I was in need of an auto body shop and was recommended to Dave Sutter Auto Body. Even though I am not fanatic about my car, it's always scary taking it to a new body shop for the first time.
I had both a door that needed to be repaired and painted and the front valance replaced. Bryan spent about a half hour with me explaining in detail the repairs that would be made. He also not only gave me several options of how to save money on the repairs but the potential drawback of choosing the less expensive option. He did an excellent job of setting my expectations if I chose the cheaper option. He could have easily just quoted me only the most expensive option and nothing else.
Truthfully, since I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I was planning to visit several auto body places to get a quote. But after meeting with Bryan, I no longer felt the need.
The repairs ended being about the $1900 that he quoted. I am very pleased with repairs to the door, painting of the door and other touchups and the valance replacement!!!!
Obviously, I hope I never need auto body repairs again. But if I do, I will be going directly to Dave Sutter Auto Body!!!!”
“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”
“I literally cannot rate them high enough. If I could rate a 10 star, I would. I shop with them pretty regularly (maybe a few hundred dollars spent? Nothing too crazy), but outside of that, I'm just a regular detailer. I don't hold any crazy accolades, not an IDA member, Not some crazy popular detailing Influencer, just your average detailer.
That being said - I got a call out of the blue from one of their higher ups (I forget his name now) asking me if there's anything that I use regularly that they don't currently offer, or any brands/products that I'd like to see them offer. I told him Koch Chemie is a big one for me (also P&S and Labocosmetica heavy, but they already offer those). I love GSF, Active Foam, Super Foam, and a handful of other products. Tell me how I logged on tonight to buy some products and almost the entire Koch Chemie lineup got added since that call. It really made me feel incredibly happy and made me feel like my voice is genuinely heard and considered and not just your corporate run around put it on the back burner kind of feel some places give. That 15 minute phone call genuinely felt as if I was talking to a friend and was a super calm and comfortable conversation.
Not to mention wholesale prices are FANTASTIC, and they even have some select items that ship free! PHENOMENAL customer service. If anything ever happens with your order they will email you AND personally give you a call to let you know what's going on. There are a LOT of online retailers - but this one is the best, no contest. You can just tell that they genuinely care and put their heart and soul into it. I have never been treated this highly by ANY company EVER. This company absolutely has all my money until the end of time. Keep up the fantastic work you guys! ??”

“They were super communicative and polite. They answered my questions and kept me informed, stuck to the timeline, and got me in quicker then other shops I called. My work was almost $20k so they did a lot of work on the car and everything appeared to be done well. I had a pretty good experience up until the end. I would have given a 5star but I was a little disappointed they left the car dirtier than expected and the car was 5 miles to E so I barely made it to a gas station after pickup. Other than that I would recommend based on their work.”

They gave excellent advice about how to proceed, and a surprisingly accurate ballpark estimate after looking at my car for literally five seconds. “The salesman I worked with was very laid back a no pressure kind of guy. I was car shopping due to unexpected circumstances, and thus waiting on an insurance check. They were kind enough to work with me and not make it an ordeal. The next part is were they earned the 5th star. The second day I had the car, I noticed an issue. Even though it was mostly cosmetic in nature, they were willing to take it back and check it out and see if they could correct the issue. While it isn't perfect, it is better. I feel they atleast cared enough to try and look into it. We made future arrangements as well.”

“I have had my car repaired here several times — they always do excellent work at a fair price! I have gone to another car repair shop that was bigger (and a “Select” shop by State Farm) — they did an ok job, but clearly rushed/several problems not fixed well, including one that had to be fixed by the dealership later. But Precision never had any problems like that — definitely go to these guys!”
