“Cory and Toni were amazing! Super helpful and super knowledgeable. All I knew was that one of my power ports was not working, and that I needed a new fuse. They went online, found out where the fuse box was, read through my user’s manual, found the fuse box (which is in a very difficult and inaccessible location), pulled out the old fuses, and put in the new ones. The price I paid for the parts was very small relative to their helpfulness and expertise. Well done! And thank you.”

“The salesman I worked with was very laid back a no pressure kind of guy. I was car shopping due to unexpected circumstances, and thus waiting on an insurance check. They were kind enough to work with me and not make it an ordeal. The next part is were they earned the 5th star. The second day I had the car, I noticed an issue. Even though it was mostly cosmetic in nature, they were willing to take it back and check it out and see if they could correct the issue. While it isn't perfect, it is better. I feel they atleast cared enough to try and look into it. We made future arrangements as well.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Scott Huss! I was preparing to move to Tallahassee and, at the absolute worst possible time, found out there was an issue with my car. Even though I wasn’t originally on the schedule, Scott went out of his way to squeeze me in, get the car diagnosed, and make sure everything was taken care of before I had to leave.
It turned out to be a thermostat issue, and there was also a recall that needed to be addressed. Scott made sure the repairs were handled so I could safely make the drive from Cincinnati to Tallahassee without having to delay my move. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during an incredibly stressful week meant so much to me.

Since I had just a little over 40,000 miles on my Tiguan it was recommended to me by my service rep and technician that was doing the work things that they would recommend. They completed the work and I was very satisfied with the whole process. I was kept informed by the helpful video and the update by the service rep Joseph Mazzocchetti. They were very helpful and a great credit to the overall experience in the service department. It was a enjoyable trip to service department and I am very satisfied”

“I've been negotiating on a Maserati at another dealership and it turns out Bentley/Maserati Pittsburgh held some history on the car. I visited the showroom in Wexford and was a little turned off in the beginning. No reception and no one offered a getting let alone assistance. Once I wondered back to the service dept everything changed. The service manager and parts tech were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel like a welcomed customer. If I purchase this car I will have Maserati Pittsburgh service it... At which time I'll provide more detailed review.”
