“On a road trip from Chicago and was in Cranberry Two, Pa and my engine light went on. The local AutoZone diagnosed and recommended repair. It needed to be done because I still had another half of my trip to go the next day to NJ. Engine might have failed if I did not get it fixed. They were polite, very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Great place to buy pretty much anything car part related. Good stock. Quick service. Employee's are not just bodies running a computer, they can answer questions related to auto parts. I special ordered an electrical part they didn't stock. It was late in the day. First thing next morning I received a phone call and a voicemail message telling me my part was in. They offer military discounts and well as sign up discount cash for joining their frequent purchaser group. All in all, O'Reilly Auto is far superior to Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and most reginal chains. I'd put them a step above most newer NAPA locations as their business model has been slipping the last decade or so. After 45 years in the automotive repair business, I'm qualified to know the difference between a quality auto supply house and a chain selling floor mats wiper blades and fluids. Prices are beyond reasonable compared to most. I rate them 11/10.. at least the Cranberry location and the others I've used.”

“When you go out of your way to explain to a customer already being serviced by a coworker what the date is and that people go to the meat store to buy meat and the flower store to buy flowers as if it’s all some esoteric information indiscernible to the masses, you’re already well past due for retirement. Be sure to walk straight towards the young employee for sensible service. Merry Christmas! ?”

“Have been having some issues with my battery. Walked in asking if anyone could test my battery for me. James came out went over what the battery meter was doing and the output when it was done. Ni battery needed it's the starter. Thanks James for all your help and not being a sales guy like another store was and trying to sell me a battery.”

“I’ve had a generally great experience with this collision service center—Karlee in particular has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. However, I did run into a frustrating issue when calling the front desk on May 8, 2025, around noon. The woman who answered was confusing and dismissive. Despite having signed up for text updates through their official link—and receiving accurate and helpful messages—she insisted the texts weren’t from Cochran and claimed they never send updates that way.

Even after I politely asked her to double-check if they have that text update system and whether my car was ready (as the text said it was), she firmly told me it was not and maintained that the texts were not legitimate. Thankfully, I was able to reach the actual estimator through the number in the update link (which the front desk lady said was fraudulent), and she confirmed my car was ready for pickup.

This experience at the front desk was a little disappointing and confusing, especially when everything else was smooth. I hope the communication process can be clarified so other customers don’t go through the same thing.”
