“If you have questions about the status of a package or just need to get in touch with someone at a USPS location, this is definitely the place to call! They actually answer the phone and take the time to listen and help with your questions, which is so appreciated. They’re also very helpful when it comes to shipping and will explain your options and help you figure out what works best for you.
Just keep in mind that they can get pretty busy, especially around lunchtime, so the parking lot and inside the post office may be a little crowded. Overall, I’ve always had a great experience with this location and really appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff is!”

“This is my first time at the Wexford location and I had a great experience. I went to 2 other post offices to find the right box to mail a backpack. I was quoted $35 at one, another didn't have a smaller box. Thankfully I found this friendly post office with excellent customer service. It's well stocked. Extremely helpful employee Molly helped me find the perfect box and offered to help reinforce sealing the box. Great customer service. Steven was also very helpful with check out. I saved $10 coming here. I watched both Molly and Steven interact with other customers and they were so friendly I can tell they enjoy their job and the customers like coming in. Overall a positive vibe.”

“This PO has a small parking lot and that’s my only issue with it. I have no problems with the staff and that includes the lady with the “ red hair” as others have mentioned. She’s always been fine with me so I assume it’s the personality of the people she has to deal with.
People have entitlement issues!! She and others do their best to answer questions and I’ve heard a lot the questions asked and people can be so nasty to postal workers as if they aren’t humans! You never know what is going on at home of another person so don’t assume their attitude is all about You! Give them grace! Most of them work harder than a lot of people!”

“There have been two instances where the tracking on a package I was to receive stopped moving and no longer showed an arrival date. Each time I called and I got to speak with Tammy, and each time she was able to get my package moving again and delivered. Thank you for all that you do!”
“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”
“It’s located at customer services in Giant Eagle, so the USPS entrance next to the wine store is misleading. But otherwise good, I just dropped off a package with a prepaid label.”

“My wife called in concern of not receiving mail after almost two months of doing a stop of mail at the old address and change of address for the new one. The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”

“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”
“We are quick to write a negative review. I just want to shout out, THANK YOU to the new mail carrier in Venango Trail, Mars, PA 16046 area. We get all our mail delivered to my our address and we don’t get any neighbors mail in my mailbox. We now don’t run into any usps mail issues that needs addressing. Glad to know someone masters their job . Our neighborhood appreciates your service.”
“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”
“I mailed a package at the post office which was the wrong carrier. When I realized my mistake, I went to the office to see if they could retrieve the package. “Just so people realize there are 2 USPS warehouses in Warrendale so you may have the wrong one or may see it pass between the 2. Unless its damaged or has some other issue it passes through within 12hrs. The only exception is Sundays and holidays if there is not an issue with the package. If the address is only hand written the machines may not read ur address and route it incorrectly. Also if the package cant be or doesn't get scanned right it may look like its sitting but it may already be out of the warehouse.”
