And the friendly staff is very willing to help if you have questions. While the prices are somewhat higher, so is the quality. Best to have something that lasts and you'll enjoy the entire time.”

“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”

“Hot Topic in Ross Park Mall is a very interesting little store. Much to explore. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and organized store. Prices are high for this type of store but there are always sales and coupons to use. My only issue is that the store doesn't carry a wide variety of plus size clothing in the actual store, requiring you to purchase the larger sizes online.”

The staff itself is by far exceptional employees I highly recommend going there for any cosmetic things you might want done without having to undergo surgery”
“First time in a Gabe's, actually went in to get something from the Amazon locker that's strategically placed at the back corner of the store. Well....it worked. My son and I ended up browsing through the store. We found a few items worth buying at a discounted price. Most of the items seem to be overstocks, things that didn't sell, and so on. I'd go back again if I had more time to browse because, as I said, they do have some things worth buying and not all junk. I'd say it's similar to Burlington. The staff were very nice and helpful, so that made a considerable difference. We ended up buying some super cheap snacks and a pair of sunglasses because I always break them no matter if I pay $5, $50 or $150...I murder sunglasses ?”

“I like this store. It's well stocked, and always has a great selection of items. it's maintained very well and the staff works hard to keep things looking nice. It can get hectic on Saturdays after brunch/lunch so keep in mind there may be a wait on the changing rooms. That is to be expected and no fault of the store, however.”

“Sitting in Cranberry, PA having completed another shopping trip with my love at WHBM. Have gone to shops across the country and the real +++ comes when the sales staff is top notch. Today Tanya (greetings, C-Suite take notice) assisted us on the purchase of three outfits, two pairs of shoes, and two necklaces for an upcoming key family occasion weekend. My partner knows the online scene but insists on seeing all together before buying. Selection was great (so Tanya had much to bring around that did not make the cut - and that after walking the floor and saying nay or yea to the whole collection). An added bonus was a phenomenol final sale winter jacket for a steal. Previous visits to WHBM we sometimes find the perfect item in a wrong size but with our online registration (accruing future rewards) we have the correct size shipped out along with our takeaways. Cheers to Tanya that today NOTHING needed to be completed with online fulfillment so we are driving away completely satisfied and smiling looking forward to shining at the rapidly upcoming weekend shindig. GO, you won't be disappointed!! Budget a few hours to do it right, this is a process best done slowly and deliberately with many stops along the way at the mirror for a "Great!". WHBM you have the recipe and the staffing - we will return.”
“Quality colorful clothing at affordable prices. Store is neat, clean and bright. Staff is awesome! Returns are a breeze. Desktop computer is located right there, next to the checkout desk, for ordering a different size And of course they will assist you as needed. Stellar customer service.”
“We have always liked Macy's for their variety, quality and sales staff. This experience was exactly that. The one stand out was a salesman in the shoe department. He has worked at Macy's for many years, was friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely knew shoes. I got a super comfortable pair of Rockport black dress shoes. And the reason we went there was, as I told my wife after looking for shoes in several other places that didn't fit well, including on line, that we should go to Macy's because I can usually find shoes there. They proved me right again.”

“Met the Owner at the Mum Fest Festival in New Bern NC and she was so nice and helpful. Her Jewelry it is unique and is made in the USA!. I finally decided on a necklace and earrings I love them. Every time I wear them I get so many compliments on it. If I lived near her boutique I would be there all the time. Thank goodness she has a website that I can order from. If you haven't visited her boutique or website, I would highly recommend it.”

“This Eddie Bauer store was packed with apparel for women and men, but some styles were not available in my size. I walked around the store for many minutes before an employee spoke to me, but he did promptly ring up my purchase. The sale prices were reasonable. I really like Eddie Bauer’s t-shirts, hoodies, and socks.”
“Oh my GOD this store needs to take their hourly rate and TRIPLE IT. I spent nearly 5 hours in that mall yesterday looking for a dress to wear to my dad’s wedding. And towards the end of that, I went in here nearly defeated when employee, Maggie, listened to my woes, and hand picked 9 different dresses for me to try on and by god we found one. I hate shopping so much but her efforts turned my day completely around and made the whole thing worth it. Seriously, Maggie is a true fairy godmother and I cannot thank her enough for the amount of help she was to me. Best shopping experience in my entire LIFE.
