“It's one of the few places in Erie with adequate parking. The store is set up nicely. The products available are well displayed. The associates are very nice. The only issue is that some of the prices seem very high. Not just higher than Walmart or Costco, but higher than Giant eagle and tops both stores that are not known for their great prices.”
“Very nice market, plenty to choose from. Macaroons are to die for. I give it 5 stars. Staff? That's another question. Rude and unfriendly at times. But I will continue to shop there. Prices can be a little on the high side. Just ignore the attitude.”

“I haven't been up north in a while and I remember Giant Eagle being a 2nd rate grocery at best. Well that has all changed, one of the best grocery chains out there. Incredible selection of foods, great support for local and niche brands. Which we had one in Pensacola.”
“After I spoke to the store manager (Pam) she is always available to fix any problems.. Y'all have a 5 star manager on your hands. I'm not the easiest person to deal with yet she can make me relax at the same time she had to listen to my rants. I'd be upset if she left however some people deserve to be fired and some people deserve a better position. And dang it she falls into the latter of that decision. My husband couldn't believe that I ended up apologizing after your manager. Do what you will with this info I'm just saying don't screw it up you Finally have a chick that cares about her job..”
“This place is great! Especially since the staffing change. If Dollar General itself could upgrade its items more often, that would be great. Definitely more of an automotive selection would be great, and many other things people would generally need. I mean, this company has enough revenue I'm sure to put a DG on Mars. Heck, we have a DG about a 1/4 mile from our hours, and literally another one on the same road about 3 miles away... So upgrading inventory and expanding shouldn't be a problem.Again tho staff is incredible here. My main man Cam really turned that place around cause it was pretty unorganized before. Along with the staff he manages they are great people.”
“Almost every time I go into this location, the manager, Mandie is working. ALWAYS greeting customers. Always smiling. Once , I was overcharged. She immediately addressed the issue. Yesterday, I went in for one thing I couldn't find. She dropped everything she was doing to physically show me where the item was, I wasn't sure if I was buying the right thing, she explained the return policy. Just a very genuinely pleasant person. This location is out of my way, but I'd rather drive the extra 4 miles for the great service! Hire more Mandies!!!”
“Came in and ask Isaac where I can go into town for historical landmarks. He mentioned historical society museum and other out of town areas. So his advised and conversating with him was very mellow and calm what a great kid. I ask him how do you do it to stay up at night he said that he just trys to sleep during the day but while I was talking he was cleaning so Isaac is about making sure that the store is covid clean thank you Isaac.”

The crew at Interchange Rd Giant Eagle Pharmacy answered SO many questions, they answered the phone every time I called, and even though they were busy, took time with us when we went in. Only on one thing when I order the buffalo chicken pizza they don't add a lot chicken on the pizza the pizza dough suppose to be thick not thin. For that size that is only my complain. But after all everything is good I like it so much ??”
