“We rented a vehicle from Enterprise at their Manayunk location recently, as we are returning customers, and we honestly can not say enough about the staff there! Montrose, Niyah, and coworkers, are extraordinary! They are a young, energetic, hardworking team who genuinely try to keep the car rental process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because although we did accept the vehicle with visable exterior dirt we were unpleasantly surprised to discover how filthy the last renter left the vehicle. The staff was overwhelmed with customers and just didn't have time to fully detail our rental so it's not entirely their fault. The staff at this location is highly professional and very competent and we recommend this location based solely on the great team they have.”

“Never an issue renting from them. This time there was however an issue the Android Auto for the GPS. On a 13 hour drive, it got wonky and impacted my phone and stopped working. We ended up using my wife's phone to get us to our destination.
Not their fault and I would always recommend them.”
“Easy to book through Costco.com! Enjoyed my discounted rate. Received the truck I needed for the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very difficult to reach a physical person via phone -phone rang and rang for about 10 minutes before someone answered. However, once I rented the car, I received a text message and it was quick and efficient to communicate via text.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Budget location! I rented my original car in Maryland, and during my trip the “Change Oil Soon” light started flashing. I was worried about driving it home and stopped in on the off chance they might be able to help.
The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though this was a last-minute request and I hadn’t rented from their location, they worked everything out for me and got me into another vehicle so I could get home safely. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely painless.
What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was. It didn’t feel like dealing with a big corporate rental company, it felt like walking into a neighborhood business where people actually cared about helping you. Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”
