“Stopped by for breakfast and was immediately welcomed by a friendly smile from our waitress. Beverages are self serve. Personally loved the nostalgic carton chocolate milk. Breakfast options were simple yet tasty. Really enjoyed trying their homemade hot sauce. They also have a selection of baked good that we didn't try but also looked good.”

“We were in Jim Thorpe and for some reason all the ice cream places close at 7 pm which unless you're eating super early and super fast means they are closed by the time you are out of dinner. So I jumped online and found this place. A little drive and here we were at this cute place. Loved my shake and loved my chocolate milk I brought home to drink a few days later, inside was just adorable. The place to come if you want dessert in the area! Service was good.”

“You won't believe this place! Stocked floor to ceiling! Pricing is honest throughout the store. Had an opportunity to speak at length with the woman behind the counter. Lovely bright eyed gal. She'll be retiring after this season. Whoever is going to be taking her place next year, I personally would suggest you chat with her. She stocks her own store. You might want to ask questions before she goes. I've never seen a campground store as well stocked before in my life! AND honest pricing? Unbelievable! I've taken an extensive amount of pictures. Zoom in on them. You'll be amazed! And I missed a few corners in the store even.”
“They recently remodeled and greatly expanded the Tamaqua PA Dollar General. They did a really excellent job. It's amazing how many things they have their for a dollar store. Good prices too.”

“There is no Redner's for me locally. And when I'm in the Nesquehonning area I stop in. And it's a professionally run operation. It's obvious in the 4 yrs I've been a customer. I see the same employees every time and it's obvious they enjoy what there doing. For me that's a dead giveaway of achieving 5 star status in the customer service industry! “I've been going to this Walmart for a couple of years now. Usually a clean and organized store, it is easy to find everything and get out within a reasonable time. Still barely any registers open, maybe 2, or 3 out of what 15-18? Love walmart, but going there sometimes is more of a hassle. Still have the best prices out of all places I shop.”

“Well, I was moving my brother into our cousin's house in Freeland, and I am not from the area and did not know the town. I was uncertain of my directions back to the PA Turnpike, so I stopped into this store for help getting me back to my home. I asked the lady at the register and she listened carefully and then summoned others for help, when two very nice men gave me very specific directions for my travel. They were extremely nice and helpful, I thanked them! Because of them I got back on the right course safely. The next time I am in town visiting my brother, I will be sure to stop in to say thank you again, and try to purchase some items for my brother and cousin and for my travel home.”

“They have fast, friendly service with a personal touch, they treat their customers with the up most respect and the value of their business and will continue to keep going and shopping at this small Turkey Hill Convenient Store, in a small town called Lansford PA which is part of the Carbon County area, which I highly recommend to all of the town residents and surrounding areas patrons and I also give it 5 star's not only cause of the fast friendly service and respect from the employees but also cause they keep their store very much clean and maintained, so I ask everyone that's driving through the town to come and check the store out for themselves, it's located right on the main street on 209 in Lansford PA and I want to thank everyone for taking the time to read not only this post but all of my future posts as well and hope everyone stays safe and has a great and wonderful and pleasant day today and I plan on doing the same as well!!!!”
“Not the greatest, out of Nesquehoning's three gas stations. It has the highest price (I think by ten cents. Don't quote me on that) however, The Employees keep the store clean and manage it very well. Some of the employees are a little slower...I do Recommend Jason. He's awesome!”
“I was so excited to come here because I live out of state and I love Turkey Hill products when I can find them! I bought the turkey hill iced tea decaf Orange flavor and it was fantastic!The biggest disappointment is they don't have a larger hot food section, just some hot dogs which tasted fine.Very clean very organized and very polite staff.I told the lady behind the counter I was so excited to be there because I haven't been to a Turkey Hill in about 20 years. She said she's been working for Turkey Hill about 20 years. How funny would it be if she was the last person that waited on me lol”
