“This is such a cute boutique! They have a great selection of items including jewelry, purses and even bralettes. I got the cutest denim jacket with flowers all over it today and I tried it on in the store and it fit perfectly. I will be perfectly honest I was just eating brunch across the street and noticed they had a received a bogus yelp review while looking for places to shop and as a store owner myself didn't think the review seemed fair so I came in to check it out for myself and have only wonderful things to say about the clothes, selection, and service from the two wonderful ladies working there. I ordered online since I live out of state and was offered free shipping since my order was over $99. It was carefully packed, great communication with Nate, and arrived in perfect condition. “My first time at Joann and let me say the employees there are SO NICE and fantastic ♥️ I went searching for more yarn I had so much in my cart and the employees on the floor/stocking were very helpful and then at checkout they were having trouble with debit card payments but that didn’t stop them from helping each customer and putting a smile on my face. they held all my yarn for me so I could go get cash and then helped me make an account so I could get coupons. “Avery Chair from Ethan Allen
We loved our Avery chair from Ethan Allen but it had seen better days and needed to be replaced. Since the closest EA store was about 2 hours away and it was winter time, we weren’t looking forward to a long drive there and back so I contacted the store and was put in touch with a designer, Karen. I didn’t need to test the chair since we had one before and knew how comfortable it was, so I sent her a picture of the old Avery chair and another EA chair we had in the room so she could see the colors and style of the other furniture. She emailed pics of four fabrics and I chose one. I was in luck because there was a sale going on, which helped a lot with the price. I ordered the chair and was told it should take about 6 weeks. Karen kept me updated and notified me when the chair was in the warehouse.
It was ready for delivery on Valentine’s Day and I scheduled it. In the meantime, my husband got worried about the weather and how the delivery people would navigate our snowy/icy lawn to get the chair in through the back door — the widest door —- which led directly to the room where the chair was supposed to go. We also had to get the old chair down to the basement— not an easy task with our other narrow doorways and inquired about help with those issues. Karen talked to scheduler who called us to allay our fears about the delivery and mentioned to the delivery guys about moving the old chair— not their usual job.
The two delivery guys were fabulous! Juan Carlos and Marlon navigated the new chair expertly into the room, over our snowy/icy lawn, and moved the old one to our basement. They were appreciative of the tip and my husband and I were so pleased with the extra service they provided. They said they didn’t mind doing this for people who treated them nicely.
We are very happy with chair and know we’ll enjoy it for a long time! Thanks to all!”

We found 26 in a variety of styles and prices and ended up choosing colorful animals, stars, and angels out of paper. The friendly staff person individually wrapped them for safe travel! “Trish from the sewing department was an excellent resource. She helped me with every question I had. Trish has excellent customer relation skills and is a great asset to this store.The store itself is quite large and has an array of crafting and creating resources. I live near a smaller JoAnns but this location is definitely worth the drive if you're hoping to have a bit more variety in your shopping choices.The following is a suggestion from my husband who graciously endured my 2 1/2 hours of shopping. He noticed a lot of people either sitting inside and outside the store as well as many people looking at books. He said it would be really nice if there was a lounge area that could be enjoyed by all.Again, I had an excellent experience at this store.”

Market it really well, and you may make a killing . Until then, I'll keep enjoying peering into the windows & admiring what I can't buy .”
