They were great to work with before the event (dealing with logistics of being on a rooftop) and made great suggestions for the day - the colors were perfect. “My first time at Joann and let me say the employees there are SO NICE and fantastic ♥️ I went searching for more yarn I had so much in my cart and the employees on the floor/stocking were very helpful and then at checkout they were having trouble with debit card payments but that didn’t stop them from helping each customer and putting a smile on my face. they held all my yarn for me so I could go get cash and then helped me make an account so I could get coupons. Will be returning!”

“This is such a cute boutique! They have a great selection of items including jewelry, purses and even bralettes. I got the cutest denim jacket with flowers all over it today and I tried it on in the store and it fit perfectly. I will be perfectly honest I was just eating brunch across the street and noticed they had a received a bogus yelp review while looking for places to shop and as a store owner myself didn't think the review seemed fair so I came in to check it out for myself and have only wonderful things to say about the clothes, selection, and service from the two wonderful ladies working there. I will definitely be back!”

“Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.”

I ordered online since I live out of state and was offered free shipping since my order was over $99. It was carefully packed, great communication with Nate, and arrived in perfect condition. “Lovey antique shop right outside of pittsburgh. WOW, was I impressed. Not only were the associates beyond helpful, they are quick to act. I found two items without prices and immediately the associate contacted the vendor. I was able to leave with both items that day for an awesome price. If you thrift, the average place will not sell you anything without a price tag. Not only will this store follow-up with its vendors, but they knew each one of them by name. That was so meaningful. As a vendor, you are generally overlooked and just a “number” for the business. My experience here really embraced the family feel and I am so happy I stopped. This will be a go to for me for years to come. 10/10!”

“Pittsburgh has several great locally owned fabric stores, but loom definitely has a place of honor. The owner of the shop is one of the nicest people you will meet and they have a buttons and trim collection that will dazzle. While they do not stock as much apparel fabric as either firecracker or the fabric place, their home decor selection cannot be beat. They also have a decent selection of quilting cottons and a curated array of vintage goods. I love going here just to look around and when I finally had a home decor project to work on I was delighted to have a reason to buy from loom. Definitely a can't miss for any Pittsburgh sewist or interior designer!”

“Trish from the sewing department was an excellent resource. She helped me with every question I had. Trish has excellent customer relation skills and is a great asset to this store.The store itself is quite large and has an array of crafting and creating resources. I live near a smaller JoAnns but this location is definitely worth the drive if you're hoping to have a bit more variety in your shopping choices.The following is a suggestion from my husband who graciously endured my 2 1/2 hours of shopping. He noticed a lot of people either sitting inside and outside the store as well as many people looking at books. He said it would be really nice if there was a lounge area that could be enjoyed by all.Again, I had an excellent experience at this store.”
