“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. One thing I do know, this place is awesome since Katrina is here. She's super super super super super super... maybe one more super, yeah super nice. 50 stars out of 5.”

I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space comfortable and inviting for customers.But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the staff. I had to submit a complaint regarding and issue we are having with mail at our address.He responded to my submitted complaint extremely quickly and seemed to really care about resolving this for me as quickly as possible. “This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“The Eric who works to front desk it's kind of considerate and courteous you ask for anything like assistance and knowing you got a problem with your package or your mail he'll try to get to the bottom of the problem if it can't help you he knows where to send you for assistance all you got to do is ask. The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. “Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.”
