When I called the store to see what I can do to get rid of them Pete went above and beyond to make it right. He had a replacement rug bound delivered and two of his employees Abdul and Maola move my furniture and laid the rug. They both did an excellent job. So very pleased with the new area rug which no longer has any wrinkles. Thank you so very much Giant Floor for taking such prompt and good care of me. So many options on all flooring types tons of samples you can bring home and try out in your space.
