“I had an awesome experience at Fleet Feet in West Reading! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Adriane, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She started by doing a 3D scan of my feet and analyzing my walk, then used the results to recommend shoes that would work best for me. We went through four or five different pairs, and she took the time to explain the differences and make sure I found what felt right and never once making me feel rushed. I ended up walking out with two great pairs: the Saucony Triumph 24 and ASICS GT-2000 15. I’m beyond thankful for Adriane’s help, expertise, and especially the time she spent helping me make the right decision. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. Thank you again, Adriane! God bless! 🙏”

“Awesome place to buy good quality clothes, jewelry and other types of things like this. The prices are very reasonable too. You can also trade and sell jewelry and other things like that to them if it's something that is worthwhile for them to be able to sell. Friendly people and the service is very good.”

“I had the most amazing experience here. I had foot surgery and afterwards,I bought a pair of Nike Airmax. I never wore them, but several months went by and for some reason my foot is just different and many shoes don’t fit right. Without hesitation, they helped me out and got me into the right pair of shoes for my needs and went above and beyond. When most people in the corporate world say “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”, the great mom and pop stores say “let’s see how we can help you”. The best store around!!! Thanks guys!!!”

“My mother and I went there looking for rocker sneakers for me due to my wearing a rocker walking boot due to an ankle fusion. They did not have rocker sneakers BUT there were other awesome sneakers and sandles, which I'll never be able to wear again ?, but the man at the door that day saved me from having a horrible accident. I needed to use the restroom but it was for employees only, I whispered that I wear a diaper and really needed to use it, he was nice enough to let me. We definitely need more people like him in this world. I blessed him before I left. ?”

“Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”

“Ngl, I was tempted to throw down 4 stars cuz they changed how they price their Clearance section from a system of tiers to a flat 30% off everything... BUT, I went for 5 for the cashier with the lovely pixie curls that had zero problem with me running to try on a few pairs 5 minutes before close when I noticed their BOGO 1/2 Off promo at the register. I could tell you were 100% ready to clock out, but you were absolutely cool with me getting the deal, even if it held things up for a moment. I'd shout you out, but idk you name. Regsrdless, Cheers to You, Darlin'!!”
