Rob Jr. spent extensive time with me explaining what they would do to repair my vehicle, how and why they approach their repairs in the way they do, and what options I had to select from. Rob Jr. was so patient in answering all of my questions and did a very thorough job in explaining everything in detail. He did not once rush me through the process and really gave me time to absorb the information. Because of my particular situation, I chose to not repair my vehicle and instead trade it in, but I highly recommend this family-owned company. They are incredibly knowledgable with a high attention to detail and care for the quality work they do.”
“I literally cannot rate them high enough. If I could rate a 10 star, I would. I shop with them pretty regularly (maybe a few hundred dollars spent? Nothing too crazy), but outside of that, I'm just a regular detailer. I don't hold any crazy accolades, not an IDA member, Not some crazy popular detailing Influencer, just your average detailer.
That being said - I got a call out of the blue from one of their higher ups (I forget his name now) asking me if there's anything that I use regularly that they don't currently offer, or any brands/products that I'd like to see them offer. I told him Koch Chemie is a big one for me (also P&S and Labocosmetica heavy, but they already offer those). I love GSF, Active Foam, Super Foam, and a handful of other products. Tell me how I logged on tonight to buy some products and almost the entire Koch Chemie lineup got added since that call. It really made me feel incredibly happy and made me feel like my voice is genuinely heard and considered and not just your corporate run around put it on the back burner kind of feel some places give. That 15 minute phone call genuinely felt as if I was talking to a friend and was a super calm and comfortable conversation.
Not to mention wholesale prices are FANTASTIC, and they even have some select items that ship free! PHENOMENAL customer service. If anything ever happens with your order they will email you AND personally give you a call to let you know what's going on. There are a LOT of online retailers - but this one is the best, no contest. You can just tell that they genuinely care and put their heart and soul into it. I have never been treated this highly by ANY company EVER. This company absolutely has all my money until the end of time. Keep up the fantastic work you guys! ??”

“I was recommended this place by the Midas in Sewickley since they didn't have the J-Hooks for my Chevy Cobalt. When I had called to set up an appointment I could tell that they were pretty busy, but they still went out of their way to work with me on a time to get my vehicle in. It was convenient enough for me to get my vehicle in next day in the morning.
10am the next day I stop by and I give them the details on my vehicle. They take it in right away and it took them ~40 minutes to replace my J-Hooks and weld the new ones in. And the price was honestly a relief since I know that my car is older and a lot of the parts are discontinued. So them being able to do this for $107 was amazing for me and I will gladly come here again for any repairs I may need for my vehicle.”

“I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.”
