“I have been taking my car to Pine Auto for years, and I have never walked into a shop quite like it. The team is professional, honest, and genuinely kind. They play K-Love while they work and clearly bring their faith into how they treat people, which makes for a refreshing experience you don't often find at a mechanic shop.
Mario also goes out of his way to help. When my vehicle broke down at 8 PM on a Wednesday in the Whole Foods parking lot, he met us there, quickly diagnosed the problem, and helped get the car back to his shop. It was fixed and ready to go the very next day.

“The salesman I worked with was very laid back a no pressure kind of guy. I was car shopping due to unexpected circumstances, and thus waiting on an insurance check. They were kind enough to work with me and not make it an ordeal. The next part is were they earned the 5th star. The second day I had the car, I noticed an issue. Even though it was mostly cosmetic in nature, they were willing to take it back and check it out and see if they could correct the issue. While it isn't perfect, it is better. I feel they atleast cared enough to try and look into it. We made future arrangements as well.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Scott Huss! I was preparing to move to Tallahassee and, at the absolute worst possible time, found out there was an issue with my car. Even though I wasn’t originally on the schedule, Scott went out of his way to squeeze me in, get the car diagnosed, and make sure everything was taken care of before I had to leave.
It turned out to be a thermostat issue, and there was also a recall that needed to be addressed. Scott made sure the repairs were handled so I could safely make the drive from Cincinnati to Tallahassee without having to delay my move. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during an incredibly stressful week meant so much to me.

“My 2022 GMC 2500HD Denali Diesel went into limp mode after a battery replacement. Wouldn't go over 30 mph and my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. I easily made a service appointment through the My GMC app for the next morning. It was stressful driving it up McKnight Road and Rt 19 with a top speed of 30mph at best and up hill more like 20. Once I made it i started preparing myself to be waiting for at least an hour or two and the chance that this visit could cost up to $1k. Well my stress was unnecessary because they had me fixed/back to normal in about 20 minutes. And zero charges! I apologize i forgot his name but i believe he's a service manager that was extremely friendly, upfront and honest and took his time to explain the details to me and addressed my questions and concerns as if he cared (which i could tell he did). He also warned me that he recently lost his diesel technician and wouldn't be able to service my diesel if needed and provided me with some referrals of possible service shops that I may want to start with. He even referred the service shop of where his diesel technician jumped ship to. Which shows he is professional and caring to send me to his competitor just so I would be in good hands. Its actually very refreshing to have had this experience today because they're few and far between these days. Well hopefully I dont have any issues long enough for them to recruit a new diesel tech cause i really prefer using this location as my main service shop. Im always hearing of bad experiences with dealer service shops but im happy to report a very positive experience with Wright GMC in Wexford Pa and would have to recommend them based on my experiences.”

“Roger’s shop at Boffs Auto Service came highly recommended to us when we first moved to the Wexford/Warrendale area a few years ago, but I never had the chance to use them until recently when my car suddenly broke down and wouldn’t start. I initially thought it was just a battery issue, but it turned out to be something much more involved.
When I called, I spoke with Val, who was extremely kind and upfront that they were very busy with appointments and likely wouldn’t be able to get to the vehicle until later in the week. This happened on a Tuesday afternoon. Even so, when I dropped my car off after hours, Roger was still there working. I briefly explained the situation and let him know I was hoping for at least a diagnosis soon because I have a young baby at home and needed to make arrangements.
That same evening, Roger personally called to let me know he was trying to charge the battery enough to get the car into the shop for testing the next morning. In doing so, he discovered the issue was something more significant. Then early the very next morning, Val called with the diagnosis, explained the repair and pricing clearly, and let me know they expected to have it completed by the end of the day.
To my absolute shock, my car was repaired before lunchtime.
I truly cannot express how grateful I am that Roger expedited my repair and got me back on the road so quickly. Before hearing from them, I was genuinely panicking about being without a vehicle for one to two weeks. With a baby at home, not having transportation feels incredibly overwhelming. My husband travels for work and is usually driving to job sites during the day, and most of our family lives over 30 minutes away, so being without my vehicle really leaves us stranded.
Roger went far above and beyond my expectations, and honestly I still can’t believe how quickly they turned everything around. Huge shoutout as well to the technician, Jason, for the speed and efficiency of the repair.
The pricing was fair and reasonable, the communication was exceptional from start to finish, and the turnaround time was unbelievable. No one enjoys dealing with car problems, but Roger, Val, Jason, and the team truly made a stressful situation feel manageable and easy to get through.
Their urgency, honesty, professionalism, compassion, and efficiency meant more than they probably realize. I would absolutely recommend Boffs Auto Service to anyone looking for trustworthy people who genuinely care.”
