“I went there by mistake to send a phone back to a company when I should have gone to the post office. Instead of just sending me on my way, the girl made sure the phone was packed well, covered the other tags on the box, made sure the return receipt was in there, taped up the box, and taped down the return address on the box so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. It was so nice and so thoughtful. I couldn't believe she did that for me. She could have just said, you're in the wrong place lady. But instead, she went out of her way just to be nice. And I really appreciate that. It was unexpected and sweet. If I have to ship anything in the future, I will do it through FedEx from now on. That's how you get customers. Good job!!”

“Very fast and easy drop off point for UPS. There is a self -serve kiosk and a help counter. The staff is generally pleasant. It’s in a convenient plaza close to route 22 and the Monroeville Mall. There is plenty of parking. Easy in and out.”
“I usually don’t have anything good to say about FedEx but this time I can’t say enough good. All of the employees at this location were so friendly and kind. I have to shout out one specifically, Dawilkin. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was patient and came up with an unconventional solution. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic employee he is. And I must say, I’ve not ever been to a FedEx location where all of the employees have been so helpful and nice.”

“Does what it is supposed to do. Accept your packages with reprinted, prepaid shipment labels attached. They don't provide any materials for your shipment. So, have your la els preprinted and taped to the shipment with packing tape. They scan it enter your email and you receive a confirmation of acceptance in seconds. Done deal, your out of there.”
“Consistently helpful, polite and effective service through the years. Shout out during this sleet-filled 2025-2026 winter: my packages and mail have been delivered within reasonable timeframes and within best condition feasible. “I've been using this location for the last 3 years being that it's right down the road from me. Not 1 single time, has anyone ever been disrespectful. The one lady is so incredibly nice and always asks how my son is doing. We take a lot of sold packages to this post office, from our online resell company, and they have not made a mistake yet. They are having trouble finding committed employees, so there are people from other locations that come out to work this site but they keep maintaining our high expectations as friendly, kind people who get to know us by name very quickly. I'd say it is #1 in customer service compared to all businesses/stores in the West Newton area.Note: you get what you give, so walk in to any facility with a smile and good attitude first. Then judge their role. We all have our days, but we learn how to separate work and home life so we can be our best self in both.”

“The staff at this Staples are INCREDIBLE. This store is massive and they have to be everywhere all at once, and they do so with such grace and kindness. Jared gave me excellent recommendations on desktop monitors and docking stations and was so patient with me. Mackenzie in shipping runs so many desks simultaneously; it's incredible. And Neil at the cash register gave great advice and also was able to price match! The store itself is super extensive and clean with a wide variety of high quality products. I'm so grateful we have such an in-person location in our community.”

I have my PO box over there and if I have mail that's overflowing he'll put it in the back for me which is really nice of him. Thanks Eric for everything you do”

“This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. One thing I do know, this place is awesome since Katrina is here. She's super super super super super super... maybe one more super, yeah super nice. 50 stars out of 5.”
