Staff are pleasant and do not hover or pressure. Josh welcomed us and offered assistance yet gave us personal space to explore the store. When we had questions he answered them readily and offered additional details we hadn’t thought of. When we decided on our selection (large leather recliner) the transaction went smoothly. Recognition of my husband’s military service was acknowledged with a discount which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Lazyboy for their quality and dedication to customer satisfaction. The Wilkes Barre showroom is a pleasure to visit and Josh is a polite and knowledgeable young man.”
