“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. “Called in to grab the new titanium iphone 15 pro, they were unfortunately out of stock. I called back a few minutes later to order online and luckily Aaron had just received a shipment of new phones. I went right down to the store and met. Aaron, he helped me get my oldphone traded in and my new phone added to our plan. He helped me set it up, transfer my iCloud materials, as well as add a screen protector and a case. He even helped me get a 20% discount on my accessories because I bought 3. Here I am a few days later and i’m very happy with the phone. I will check in again in a few months regarding the trade in situation and how it turns out. Thanks Aaron!”

“Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?”

“After stopping at the Pittsburgh Mills store to upgrade my phone and dealing with one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with, (Travis I believe) had made it clear that he was not going to put any amount of effort into simply doing his job.I decided to take the ride to the Fox Chapel store in the Waterworks Plaza where I was greeted by Aiden who listened to what I wanted to do, looked into my account and explained what my options were. Even though it was time for Aiden to be done for the day he stayed and started the process of my upgrade. His coworker Will agreed that he would finish the upgrade so that Aiden wouldn’t have to stay. Kudos for the teamwork guys! Done, no issues, happy!It’s most often not the business as a whole that sucks, it’s the people working!”
