They fixed the screen protector on my phone and when they stop doing screen protectors on Apple watches, they told me to buy the protector and they would put it on. While I picked up the protector and brought it to them, and they were so nice and put it on as a courtesy. If you ever need work done, go to them, they’re great!”

“Both Troy and Jordan are AMAZING! And will do anything to help you out! I had to spend a bit of time at the store one night because my new phone took a while to copy over from my old phone and got to witness Troy go above and beyond with his customers... and several times there were situations that I would've just said "sorry, can't help you"... but he found a way to help, at personal sacrifice to himself. I was very impressed to say the least. I'm a new Verizon phone customer, so I can't say too much about my phone service yet, but I will praise these guys at this store up and down. And this store is open an hour later than the other Verizon store in Monroeville... so you want to come here, without a doubt! They have won my loyalty, for sure!!”

“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable through out the process, even staying after hours to assist with what ended up being a purely Apple issue. “Called in to grab the new titanium iphone 15 pro, they were unfortunately out of stock. I called back a few minutes later to order online and luckily Aaron had just received a shipment of new phones. I went right down to the store and met. Aaron, he helped me get my oldphone traded in and my new phone added to our plan. He helped me set it up, transfer my iCloud materials, as well as add a screen protector and a case. He even helped me get a 20% discount on my accessories because I bought 3. Here I am a few days later and i’m very happy with the phone. “This place is the best! I highly recommend their business. I literally washed my phone (accidentally)in August 2020. I was told by the manufacturer’s store and a cellphone repair shop (I paid a diagnostic fee) that my phone was a loss and my photos could not be recovered. Luckily I held out hope. In January of 2022, I was told about Cell Phones and More. They got my phone working and I have my precious videos and pictures. (My auto backup plan was not activated for a 6 month period unbeknownst to me.) Thank you so much!!!!! Definitely giving 10+⭐️ on a 5 ⭐️scale.”
