Matt was a great help getting my new laptop set up and running, which included transferring files and installing all the new software and even sharing with me a few points about how to care for my new equipment. He also helped my sister by updating her 8-year-old, still-working laptop, to “like-new” condition to keep her business operating a bit longer until she can buy a new one. That’s what Matt does – he goes above and beyond with his Customer Service! “Bought my new phone at this T Mobile in Willow Grove Mall. The person who greeted me was very nice, and said that someone will be able to help me shortly. It was a very short wait, and the service rep, Christian R, was excellent. He spent as much time as I needed, to explain anything that I wasn’t clear on. Christian has a great personality for working with the public…he’s professional, doesn’t mind answering a lot of questions, and is very friendly.”
