They practice traditional and alternative medicine. The doctors here are knowledgeable, affable, attentive, and are suggestive but not forceful in anyway. It’s also nice to have a doctor praise you for the decisions you make for your child’s health. That was a first for me!

He made me feel like life WAS worth living. Its like he was right there with me every step of the way. “I've had nothing short of an outstanding experience in every way at CHOP Chestnut Hill. Support is awesome - sick visits are easy to schedule, and well visits are smooth. Admin requests like school forms are taken care of promptly. Our kids are with Dr. Bakken who is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and even does extra research to address our questions. We've also had sick visits with other docs here who have all been excellent - this office is stacked with great physicians who are both skilled and great communicators. We are really grateful!”

“Hatboro medical should have 5 stars across the board. I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years. In all honesty, I’ve been relatively healthy and haven’t had to use them much until recently but every visit has exceeded my expectations. I was recently switched to Andrew Milano at the practice and he has been excellent to work with. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. In the past, I have found that a lot of doctors have a poor bedside manner but this is certainly not the case with Andrew, or any of the other staff I have dealt with. Overall, it just seems like a great team here! Everyone from the doctors to the front desk has been outstanding!”
“I went in twice in the past month. One for an IUD placement with Dr Booher and Natalie and one for a Colposcopy with Dr Davis and Evy. The doctors are great! Talked me through both procedures and calmed my fears along the way. The medical assistants were both amazing and attentive. I appreciate the patience and understanding I received from all of these women. My wait time has never been too long and everyone including front desk and the team had been respectful and polite.”

It has a cozy, residential vibe that does not feel like an impersonal clinical setting which immediately makes me feel relaxed. Marissa Patterson, NP is the bee's knees. She's an absolute gem who has seen me through some major medical events with care and knowledge.”

“I have been a patient of Abington Jeffferson Health and Dr. Tracey Roesing for over twenty years. I have seen the office go through some changes, but honestly, I've NEVER experienced any disrespect or mistreatment by any staff member or doctor at this location. Several years ago, the phone system was terrible, and the wait times to speak to someone was horrendous. Since the phone upgrade, I've havent experienced any issues with unanswered calls or long wait times.
Over my twenty years as a patient, I have seen the demographic shift.
The office is now more inclusive. There is diversity in the medical staff, office administration and patient population. In my opinion, a lot of the negative reviews are coming from patients who do not appreciate diversity. Those patients are accustomed to a homogeneous environment, solely representing non-POC.
Those baised patients are negative. They give of nasty energy when speaking to the office staff, so you get what you give. It's incredibly arrogant to expect the hard-working staff to accept verbal abuse from narrow-minded people.
The administration staff has always accommodated me and has completed school forms for my son (also a patient), in a timely manner.The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. The physicians follow-up with phone calls regarding test results.
I have a chronic condition, which requires an occasional ER visit. When I call Jefferson Health with a medicalemergency, the on-call doctor immediately responds to me, AND calls the ER to give them a heads up, significantly reducing my triage wait time
I have been very pleased with Abington Jeffferson Health for my primary care.”

“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”

“I have been coming to this office for a couple years and as I read others reviews I have also experienced the same……but…. In the past year I have seen a big change on how they handle patients and problems that arise. I have noticed the change. I had a problem an felt like I wasn’t being handled appropriately and spoke to the supervisor who was understanding and ready and willing to find a solution. That was something I didn’t get in the past. Walking in the door and being greeted without attitude was something I didn’t get before. I’m gonna be honest when I first started coming here I didn’t like it at all but now things have change ALOT. If your reading these reviews understand that people sometimes only talk about the bad and forget to talk about the good and that is why I wanted to right this review. Now I’m not saying that what they are saying isn’t true because it could be but try them out for yourself. Work still needs to be done but they are moving in the right direction and a lot of things have changed for the better starting with the staff.”

He can answer all questions and any of my health concerns. He is knowledgeable and a caring Doctor. He took great care of my husband of 30 yrs also, until his passing in 2015. “Always very nice and professional. I am dealing with an infection that is difficult and it's been more than 30 days since it started . There has been antibiotics which still on but if it does.not clear it this 10 day round it appears it needs to be surgically handled. I1 thing I wish did happen was if that is the case perhaps advised of who to go see or who they recommend. I am trying to stay ahead of it so not to have gap of no treatment so infection does not progress and worsen. It just felt a bit like ok here are antibiotics again and now you're on your own .”
