She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and gave me guidelines on how to package everything and attach customs forms. This while juggling another ~20 customers that were in and out during my time there, during the worst part of the year for postal workers. Thank you so much Lori!”

“I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”

Coming from the most multicultural city in the world, I have been fortunate enough to learn how listen as carefully as possible to understand humans who are speaking English with an accent. Do I speak Mandarin? No. Do I speak German? No. Do I speak Spanish? No. Can I communicate in ASL (sign language)? No.”
“I am astounded at the bad reviews. We never have a problem with our mail delivery, and when I ship at the post office (which is A LOT!) I never have any issues. Always prompt, polite, and helpful.”

“Never had a problem there but they have cut their hours back and the older lady ("Jennifer?") that used to work there is apparently no longer there, mainly staffed with younger employees who sometimes don't know how to do things...also has a sign saying they don't accept more than five packages at a time.”

The other employee Susan who is temporarily helping at Willow Street was friendly and informative when helping me. I have always received great service at this post office which I visit 1or 2 times a week.”
