“Our sales rep was Janine Robinson, and she was simply AMAZING throughout the entire process. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us even though she was busy helping out another customer (that right there is already a great first impression for me). Then, she proceeded to help us in our mattress search in every way possible, including helping us find the perfect mattress within a very tight budget! She was approachable, friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable, and an overall true professional. We left the store feeling like we got the best deal and service possible. Janine is as good as it gets when it comes to how this job should be done. She is the GOLD standard! We truly enjoyed our visit because of her.”

“This target location is clean but the five stars mostly goes to Starbucks. I normally make my order online through the Starbucks app so I was a bit nervous to tell the Barista how I want my coffee. But, the Baristas made me feel so comfortable in sharing my favorite flavors without giving an attitude. The whole experience was filled up with laughter, smiles and understanding. Venique really hooked up my drink and I am still thinking about it til this day. Hopefully, I will see her again soon! Thank you Ladies!”

“I enjoy coming to the Springfield location, they have two levels kinda feels like your in a little mall. I noticed they have cheaper prices also compared to the City Ave location. It's always nice to drop in Starbucks for a Chai Latte while shopping. Target never disappoints.”

“If I could leave a a separate review of the store and the employees I would. The store itself would get 2 MAYBE 2.5 stars. It was incredibly empty with freight boxes all over the place. Incredibly difficult to find anything that’s supposedly “in stock” when it’s all in freight boxes scattered through the store, not even in the correct sections.BUT the real reason I’m even writing a review is because of Erica Lynn and Sabrina. I sent those girls on a wild goose hunt for fluffy Halloween pens. This store was the only one in the entire region that said they were in stock. Those two ladies took 20 minutes looking for those pens for me and I am incredibly grateful for it. ????? for Erica Lynn and Sabrina. You guys made my absolute day!!”
