“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol”

“I bought a pkg of 8 leaf shaped soaps for my bathroom.They are a great size!!! And so so colorful! The scent was of mychoice…applejack. Sooooo yummy smelling. The service was great and they arrived so quickly. This business is a keeper for sure!!! To boot, they sent me a free gift. Won’t say what it is.You have to buy from them yourself and find out. “I just want to say the most recent comment was taken out of context. I was at the store this exact day. The customer came in looking for a sale table. I did overhear her asking about if a particular item was on sale associate did ask unfortunately she was given incorrect information later on the customer came back to pick up the table and purchase I saw her loop three times around the store to find this particular associate just to tell her that she was wrong. I went to go tell a manager that the same customer from the cash register was harassing one of their employees. But there was one manager that was on it and confronted the customer about her aggressive and abrasive behavior. The employee looked very afraid and I’m glad that management had this young ladies back. The assistant manager was a black young woman 5’3 medium build I think her name was Erica or Erin. But she handled the customer with while advocating for her associate.”
