I call ChiTown, but there is a young lady that lives locally and is from Chicagos Southside and not only is she fantastic at her job and on point but she is one of the most affable happy and hilarious cashiers I have met in this entire town.”

“We got a screw in our tire in the middle of nowhere and at 2:00 on Saturday, no one was open. We called Morris Bros Auto / BFGoodrich. Arnold, one of the owners, told us to come right over and he'd fix us right up. Arnie stopped what he was doing to fix our tire immediately so we can get back on the road. It cost only $25 to have it repaired. Thank you!”

I normally wouldn't recommend gas station food, but Sheetz does made-to-order food very well. The employees at every Sheetz I've been to are friendly and welcoming. Their coffee and specialty drinks are also very good. Sheetz is one of the few businesses that still strive to serve their customers and treat them well.”

“On a recent trip to my parent's home I decided to take the long way. That meant as little four lane roads as possible. I wasn't in a hurry and I wanted to see some things I hadn't seen before. In order to do that, I needed to fill up my gas tank. Enter GetGo. I haven't been to this area in a while and had no clue that a GetGo had opened. I tend to lean towards their gas more and more when in the area. Pulling in this is a fairly large lot which accommodates many vehicles. Lots of pumps so getting gas is not a problem. After fueling up my car I made my way inside. I wanted to grab a few things before I hit the road the rest of the way. I was happy to see that they offer greeting cards since I was in need of one, cut out another stop along my way. I picked one out, got myself a gift card from their small selection that covers many different items, got a drink and made my way to the register. This location, much like the newer ones, now has a self checkout register. That does make a faster experience, but I did not go this route. The employee I interacted with was very polite. Made things go a lot smoother for me. I actually liked this location as it helped me avoid another stop on the way home.”

“I love Sheetz. It's convenient. I like that it's open all night as I have insomnia and I'm up and about late. I've made many 2am trips for milk, coffee, lottery... The employees I seriously think all need retrained on the lottery... They basically are clueless is something unexpected happen. Like the kiosk took my money but tickets didn't print... I was told I had to call the lottery myself to get it resolved. Yeah. No. I worked lottery myself in the past. And the customer always gets their money back and we were the ones calling to figure out how to fix the problem... Customer service has gone down the toilet in the past few years. Not cool at all. What happened to " the customer is always right?"....”

“After switching from Sheetz to this Getgo, we can't go back. The food is very good and the fountain drinks just taste better. The prices of regular store items are on the more expensive side, but the store and food quality more than makes up for it. ?????”

“Excellent gas prices! The low prices are only for debit or cash transactions, so you have to pay attention. Lottery tickets inside! The attendants are a great help if the coffee is low. The pizza and pepperoni rolls are awesome!A lot of people don't like the politcal signage that is posted, but the owner is expressing his rights...Whether we agree with it or not. If it really bothers you, go someplace else. If you want good service and cheaper gas, then support the gas station employees.”
