“I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves.
From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy.
You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.
Thank you so much, Angelo, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. If you're considering Extra Space Storage on Spring Garden in Philly, you're in great hands!”

“Staniqua was truly amazing! I had to move to a larger unit after choosing a unit that did not fit my needs and I was nervous about the transition (especially after paying the initial deposit). She guided me and my husband through the process smoothly; she gave my husband and I a walk through on the different available units in the size I was going for (I had originally chosen the previous unit based on the videos provided on the website), and was very informational about the rate, exchange, and proceeds. Overall she was amazing; her customer service was 10/10, I honestly could talk to her for longer haha.”
“This place is a lifesaver — or maybe Maginnis from their customer service is the actual lifesaver, and this place is just really really good — but in any case I don’t know how anyone can do city living without this place. They’re super responsive and flexible and affordable and the tech is almost as good as the customer service. Highly recommend.”

“June, 2026...I have stored my items here at Extra Space Storage for a few years now. This facility is very spacious, well-lit and safe, so absolutely no issues when checking on my possessions!
Although we have not met in person as yet, I have been in conversations most-recently with Olivia, who is extremely helpful and quite pleasant. Most importantly, she has addressed my concerns to my utmost and complete satisfaction (Thank you so much, Olivia!).
Overall, I highly-recommend this facility if you need to store your items short- or long-term!!”

And tell them they have been here for me and my family for almost 10 yrs. Karen made us feel like family and the new people that are brought on now are also amazing people to work with. If you communicate with them they will get back to you fast and quick. They do care for you even if you have trouble on making your payment on time. I use them for my daughter in college as well you can connect the accounts. Extra space makes everything easy with no extra hassle. I appreciate this company so come join the family whether its a short time or long time. Extra space has all sizes to accommodate your storage and you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime needed. If I keep writing they will be no room but that's what happens when you established a relationship with them. Thanks again Karen and happy retirement you deserve. You will be miss.
