“I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”
“Adam (the store owner) goes above and beyond with customer service. Service was fast and friendly, Adam is knowledgeable about the devices, and it’s very clear that he cares about his customers and his business. I was having an issue with my new phone (which wasn’t an issue at all, I’m just dumb) and he stayed late at the store waiting for me to return and help because he knew I needed the phone for work. Would absolutely come back here and would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to do the same!”

I had an issue with switching my sim card from my broken iphone to s23 ultra ,and I was no longer receiving any text or sms from iphone users ,I went to main verizon store and they told me you should contact Customer service, I did but they couldn't help with it ,they send to apple they couldn't help me either, until I went to 24th and oregon verizon store ,The Boss Mr Lawrence

“Place is amazing! My Samsung Galaxy laptop had a broken back hinge and I initially thought I’d have to get a new computer ($700 plus) as my warranty already expired. Easy was able to repair my laptop within a few days for a small fraction of the replacement cost!”

“Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!”
“Aliza was fantastic at helping me get my phone traded in for the 16 which I have bought. She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. My friend Robert was also with me and we were considering possibly having a plan together and then getting free Internet so much cheaper than Comcast!”

But Soliman was able to fix the issue within a short period of time!! Much respect to him for being competent and understanding of my situation. “Went from 5 stars to -1. Went into this store today and tried to change my pin. Manager she identified herself as is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don’t know her name — black woman with red hair. I’ve dealt with the previous manager and every store associate her has always been helpful. When I asked her for her name she refused murmullé times to provide it and said “I don’t need it”.
This person should not be in any position of leadership. Disappointing and I will me making a complaint to the BBB
