The people who work here are non-stop! They deal with the worst systems in America (drug suppliers, insurance companies), struggle with crappy technology, and on top of it have grumpy, sick, customers to put up with.
I have been a customer for years and with multiple chronic conditions plus three kids- I’m probably in here twice a month for meds. They have helped me navigate supply issues, injection malfunctions, expedited medication requests to alleviate symptoms asap, etc. The new messaging system makes it easier to communicate (they call you back- really!). But people need to be patient - or just go into the store to communicate .
I appreciate everything this pharmacy team has done to keep my family healthy and get what we need to feel our best.”
“I really want to thank the closing crew at cvs 339 east Lancaster wynnewood. I was having a serious asthma attack in their store at around 9:30 and in a panic to find boost oxygen while turning blue and they were just great finding this thing for me and being kind to me when i accidentally pulled the whole roll of reciept paper out of the machine because of course I was gasping for air. Im extremely grateful because I tried at another CVS earlier before it got that bad and they didn’t seem to want to be bothered. I thank you wynnewood cvs night crew! You might have just saved a life tonight!”
