She got a hold of the manager who was able to get our order on the truck that morning and we had it in an hour! She made my son’s day! “Everyone who works at the post office is friendly, and I never mind going there. Our regular carrier is great. We do have issues now and then when he's off. Our address is a little confusing, so I understand why it happens, just don't really like having to track down packages. My only other issue is that it's hard to get through on the local number. Still, I think they do a good job overall and everyone I've dealt with has always been very nice!”

“Went into Taylor post office with a package to be mailed to New Jersey . After the cashier measured the box the total to ship was over 45 dollars, he offered to cut down the box and re-tape which brought my total to about 13 dollars . The package was delivered on my nephews bday which was just a great coincidence. Thank you for taking the time to help keep my cost down. Now accurate delivery in our area is something else, ( they’re probably overworked and understaffed) but they need to take the time looking for accuracy and care on delivery . Otherwise, this was a positive experience and post. Thank you !”
