They give you their pitches and if you aren’t interested in something, they let it go. Quick and to the point. They don’t try and b.s. you into some extra thing you clearly don’t want. You can tell very clearly that they aren’t trying to screw you or dance around, like most of the big car dealerships. I would recommend John’s to anyone looking to buy a car! “I came to get a radiator changed an alternator changed I got few fluids cleaned up n a new serpentine belt. They offer financing if needed. It took them less then 1 week to fix everything, I notice my coolant was leaking so I called they had me come in fixed the problem no charge. I take all my cars here now. Id definitely suggest this place. Might be a little high in price but they have warranty for labor an parts they replace! My advisor was mckai not sure how to spell his name. Best advisor ever”

“This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. The employees, their communication, their efficiency and organization are exceptional. I found the whole experience a pleasure.”

He was so polite and finished in just a few minutes. How often can anyone say they’ve had such positive experiences with a car dealership? They also sell used vehicles and told me all about their used vehicles. He gave me pointers of which years and engines are better than others. “My brother just bought an Acura TLX here a week ago and the sales experience (which included a nice waiting room and an espresso machine ?) was amazing! We first went to look at the vehicle about 20 minutes before closing time, but Randy was very accommodating and let us test drive it. Then he stayed past closing time to discuss buying it even though we didn't decide on anything that night! He was very pleasant and didn't pressure us at all the whole time. When we went back in Saturday the actual buying process went very smoothly and Randy's professional help was greatly appreciated!
The car itself was very nice and decently clean when we test drove it. Then when we called to set up an appointment to buy it, they said they would clean and fuel the vehicle that morning! The value was excellent and they came down in price far enough to convince us. They really deserve all the 5 star reviews; it really is a great dealership!”
