“Great experience with a residential freight delivery. I had a 600lb+ crate delivery and FedEx was very coordinated and helpful with the delivery process. They adjusted delivery time, called ahead on the day of with an ETA, and then helped me get it up the driveway into my garage. Excellent experience and highly appreciated.”
“I live in zip code 17402, and I would rather drive 5 miles to this location than visit a nearby USPS location. The staff member here is very polite and welcoming, and she has excellent communication skills.
Although the space is a bit tight, it doesn’t get too busy, so it usually isn't an issue. However, parking can be a bit challenging for new drivers. If you park face-in upon arrival, you'll have to back out onto the road, but with a little patience, it shouldn't be a problem.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my first visit and will definitely be back.”

“...Had a futon redirected to this location because Fedex was going to ship to house on rainy day. The clerk was nice and helpful. The manager Brandon was great too. I had asked him to help me load the large box into my car, which he was not required to do but he did it anyway. It shows he was understanding (that I didn't have a helper with me) and patient (that he left the store for some time, pushed the cart all the way to my car, and then loaded the box into my car). Thank you very much to the folks working at this store.”

“Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

“I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”
“Nice lady at the guard shack! They had a restroom NO porta potty THANKGOD! I arrived around noon. Had a open appointment time. Easy check in / out. I was the only truck in the yard, was giving a dock door right away there was plenty of space 2 maneuver. I would hate to deliver here if there was Hella trucks in the yard i could see it being a cluster fuk! Theres no over night parking which is no biggie they don't have the room so thats understandable. I got unloaded rarely quickly was in & out within a hour not sure if he wanted to go on lunch break or what but he got me in & out!

“My experience yesterday was great. I left this office & realized I hadn’t taped the return boxes shut. Because I’m used to how ups doesn’t always use the box u bring it in. I called them frantically. It was over $ 100.00 in lip stick. They found the 3 boxes & taped them shut for me. I am so grateful. Plus I always find the clerks to be very knowledgeable no matter what the transaction. Thank you Roy for all your help. He even called me to say it was taken care of.”
“I ship multiple times a week usually, and rarely run into issues. When I do, it's because a customer is wrong or misunderstands something or has the wrong address, and the postal workers at this location are nearly always courteous and kind. No complaints about the office, just some of the customers.”

“I love how everyone whose pkg was delayed has to come to google and yelp to whine about it. Lol. I work for UPS and we have stuff that falls through the cracks, so to speak, as well. The entire country is full of people who are completely spoiled and entitled frame of mind .. the three big carriers deliver millions upon millions of packages on time everyday. So you had to wait an extra day or even a week for your stuff that you lived your whole life so far without and now it’s the end of the world. Oh, your stuff got broken ? . Well thankfully there’s a guy in China’s factory making more stuff right now and there’s a warehouse in Cali or NJ that has a hundred more ready to ship. FedEx does a fantastic job as do we and the usps. In my experience of years on the inside of UPS most of your delays are actually caused by your shipper or another shipper doing a really horrible job of packing your stuff. Amazon ships thousands of packages with laundry detergent everyday with loose cap and then it damages 20 packages riding in our trucks leaking all over everything. That’s just one example.
It’s just stuff people! Half the planet is struggling to find a clean drink of water and a bowl of rice!

“This was their central location for Harrisburg i believe and i the staff were really nice, I went there after 6:30 as one of the staff called me and let me know about my package and they told me that i can pickup until 7:30 even though their pickup window closes at 6 p.m. That was important package for me and they were helpful.”
