“My wife, son and myself visited the Verizon store on White Street, York, PA. on March 11, 2024, interested in looking at new phones. My wife and son had phones on a previous Wellspan phone plan and I needed a personal phone. We met with a Mr. Tyrell Clark, who was a pleasure working with. He was very helpful during and informative during our visit, and also fielded numerous follow-on calls from me, asking for specific information regarding our latest purchase.

“Bryce is the one to go-to. I had problems with my phones and service for over a year when boost was switched to dish network. And I could not make phone calls and receive calls and 5g would drop constantly. And I had to root and unlock a bootloader on one of my phones just to be able to force it to 4g in efforts just to be able to use my phone I called customer service about 1000+ times and could not resolve my issues even after talking. To technical service a dozen times...I walked in here and Bryce identified the problem instantly and resolved it.. dude needs a damn raise!!! Period! Very knowledgeable!!!! Very nice and well spoken”

He was polite and professional during both interactions. He was the only employee working but still managed multiple customers at the same time. His knowledge of the system and phone upgrade process was great. He made our visit fast and fun! Great personality and service!

“Claritza, the employee who helped me out today deserves a 10 star review! She was extremely professional and informative. She helped me with calling customer service and getting my lines straightened out (which is always a huge hassle for me to do) She also got me some very nice promotions/saved me money and did everything within 20 minutes. Best experience in a sales settings I've ever had! I definitely recommend this store. Also I've been a customer with Metro with a long time, they have great service for an affordable price. “Dropped my old phone in some water so I needed to get a new one. I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. The store manager was training a new associate and showed that she was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. The store was clean and warm with no odd smells. I am glad I chose to come here rather than Boost Mobile where they didn't want to make a sale. All of my questions here were answered, even the questions about other products in the store. I definitely recommend coming here.”

“Decided to just take a ride to York, PA for a day trip to Walmart. This is a pretty huge Walmart. I have to say this place was clean and well organized. You saw many workers stocking shelves. Although, some of the workers could not speak English, everyone was friendly. There were no empty shelves at all. No one was standing around just doing nothing. I was surprised to see styrofoam cups and plates because they no longer sell that in Baltimore Maryland. This was a nice shopping experience. I would return.”
