“I would like to recognize the outstanding support I received from the team at the York Queensgate AT&T Store, and especially from Chandler Gibson. He helped me through a very difficult and time‑consuming process of transferring my company‑owned corporate cell phone number into my personal name after retirement.
This was not a simple task. Over the course of a full week and at least 15 hours of calls and coordination between AT&T Corporate and my former employer, Chandler stayed with it. He showed patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment every step of the way.
I’ve had this phone number for two decades, and as anyone can imagine, your number becomes tied to every part of your life. Losing it would have been a major disruption. Chandler understood that, and he worked tirelessly to make sure I could keep it.
My company graciously allowed me to retain my number upon retirement, but the process turned into a nightmare. The team at this store — and Chandler in particular — kept me grounded, informed, and supported through every hurdle.

“I was very happy with the service I got at this store today! the place there was very clean and felt very welcoming when you walk in. Everything was will organized too! Logan there was so kind and very helpful on helping me make an account and set up my new service with At&t. But yesterday I went in and ASHLYN PLOWMAN approached me with the best smile and extraordinary customer service told her what I needed, in less then 40 mins got me my new phone transferred everything and always with a positive attitude wow.
