“I just want to start by saying that I can't rate them high enough. My Range rover got hit from behind, I brought it to Premier on a recommendation from someone I trust. From the moment I walked in their facility, I knew i was in the right place. I spoke with April, the owners wife, she could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the process. Once I got the estimate from the place my insurance company made me go to, I immediately brought it to Premier and they immediate went to work, they ordered all parts that day, and everyday I got a text update as to what phase my car was in. They told me to come by anytime I wanted, which I did every few days. They welcomed me in and showed me what was being done. When my car was finished, they detailed it inside and out.
